Nid Seymour

Nid will help you find your edge within correct technique whilst recognizing your deeper state of relaxation and stability. Nid is a certified Stott Pilates matwork and reformer instructor, alignment Vinyasa flow yoga, and yoga Nidra teacher. Combining her training, Nid teaches a softer strength with fluidity and flow, building a deeper strength, and awareness - something to sustain your body and mind throughout your life. Her classes leave you feeling stronger, longer, calmer, and more balanced to face the world.

Molly Martin

Molly initially turned to yoga as a means of stress relief and exercise, but years later she realized the practice had crept into all facets of her life. She believes that your bodies, thoughts, feelings, and minds are capable of developing and evolving through a regular yoga practice. Keen to share her experiences with others, Molly teaches gentle Vinyasa flow classes. She encourages students to cultivate an awareness of how the practice affects them - creating a process of self-inquiry and allowing them to connect with their own inner teacher and their own expression of yoga.

Nid and Molly took the time to understand what I wanted from the retreat despite the fact that there was a theme. They both felt like friends that you’ve known for years - the instruction was natural and easy. The quality of instruction was astounding.
