Enjoy the breeze in the mountain while doing yoga and chilling to taste your coffee without rush in this retreat. In this retreat, Omandala Vietnam offers you everyday yoga practice to ground yourself and sound healing sessions in the evening. Aside from your solitude to your reconnection, you will be taken to some peaceful places to connect with the local culture. That means you have a chance to inspire your creativity from local living and cultural experience in Vietnam.
Omandala Vietnam offers a private room at an eco-friendly homestay with a shared bathroom. You will gather at a common place for daily meals and for card readings in the evening. Sometimes, there are other guests at the guesthouse, Omandala Vietnam must suggest doing sound healing in your room instead of the common space for a quiet space and full attention from your energy and mind.
Equanimity is a state of psychological stability and composure which is undisturbed by experience of or exposure to emotions, pain, or other phenomena that may cause others to lose the balance of their mind.
Through a Restorative yoga practice, however, such intimacy can be explored and embraced. Deeper levels of bodily strengths can be integrated and owned and a more profound sense of self-love and acceptance can emerge.
With your awareness directed within, the practice becomes a sanctuary for the mind and spirit from which you can take a deeper look at who you are, what you want, and how you can serve the world.
By its very nature, the Restorative yoga practice is the antithesis of the “no-pain-no-gain” mentality. You receive the greatest benefits from your practice not through forcing yourself into a pose, but by releasing and surrendering to it. This mentality helps to cultivate acceptance of your body and its inherent limitations.
As a tool for self-transformation, Restorative yoga facilitates the integration of all the layers of life - environmental, physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual -culminating in the goal of all goals, awakening to your own divine nature.

Tam Dao is an ancient French-style town in the North East from Hanoi City. At 1000 meters (3000 feet) high, Tam Dao has cool weather throughout the year like Da Lat and Sapa. Omandala Vietnam would love to show you the differences in the temperature and chilling lifestyle in this place from Hanoi City. There is a saying that "Tam Dao is the Dalat of Hanoi like the difference from Ho Chi Minh City is with Da Lat City in the South of Vietnam".
