During the retreat you will can stay in a private room, a shared 3 person room or a shared 8 person cabin at the International Yoga Retreat Centre in Canada.
There will be outdoor activities such as skating and hiking on both Saturday and Sunday.

Antoine Tinawi is a true multi talent. He is one of the rare yoga teachers to be certified in three of the most honored lineages of yoga: Art of Living, Ashtanga and Sivananda, he worked together with renowned spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and is the co-owner of the Om West studio. Antoine is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT500; the highest designation for yoga teachers and has served on their Schools and Studios Advisory Group. He is also a Registered Massage Therapist (RMQ) trained in over a dozen techniques and a Certified Ayurvedic Therapist (ANQ).
Pamela is the co-owner of Om West and a yoga teacher with the Art of Living Foundation, who gives workshops to individuals, institutions, and companies. Her teachings are based on the ancient traditions of yoga and meditation that she received under the guidance of world renowned spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. She is also certified in Ashtanga yoga and in Sivananda yoga. Pamela specializes in Hatha yoga, Prenatal yoga, Chair yoga, and Kids yoga. Pamela is also the founder of McGill University's first yoga club, providing students with yoga and stress reduction techniques.
The retreat location is the International Yoga Retreat Centre in Quebec, Canada.
The retreat provides you daily delicious vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
There is a variety of nature activities offered at the International Yoga Retreat Centre such as forest trails along the many lakes on the property. An excusrsion to go skating at Domaine de la forêt perdue will also be organized for the guests. The surrounding is stunning and definitely a place to refill your energies in the pure nature. %Aside from these outdoor activities, you may opt to experience some Ayurvedic spa treatments to relax and unwind. Additional spa treatments can be booked upon request and additional costs.
Ayurvedic massages are available on location at the Center's Ayurvedic Wellness Spa.
Please book your flight to arrive at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request at 90 CAD round trip and leaves from Montreal airport at 1:30 p.m. on October 6 and goes directly to the retreat center. It is a 2 hour drive from the airport.
