You need to have your Google Meet or WhatsApp accounts or Facetime to attend online classes.

How the retreat works

There will be three 75-minute online sessions per week for four weeks via Google Meet, Facetime, or WhatsApp. The sessions can be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or other days as long as you join three days a week. In case of rescheduling or canceling, a minimum of 24 hours should be given or the class will be charged.

Retreat information

This is a slow-paced meditative asana practice, in which postures are held for a longer period of time. The aim of this style of yoga is to improve flexibility by placing moderate stress on the body’s connective tissues and to appreciate inner silence for a deeper state of relaxation. This is a great practice to balance the more vigorous approach to yoga postures. It is available to all levels of practitioners and does not require any previous experience.

Be prepared for a longer Shavasana and for a few minutes of inner silence - meditation. This retreat includes a session for group discussion where you can share and discuss progress and challenges. There will also be a discussion where you can talk about the personal experience you have had after the completion of the retreat.



Retreat location

This retreat is held online. Om Sampoorn Yoga is based in Rishikesh, India. They will live-stream the classes via Google Meet, Facetime, and WhatsApp based on CEST (GMT+2) during Summer 2020 and from March 28th, 2021 to October 31st, 2021 and GMT+1 for sessions from October 25th, 2020 to March 27th, 2021 and after October 31st, 2021, which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer. The time zone of sessions can be discussed and arranged when booking due to your desire.
