How the retreat works

There will be three 60-minute online private (1:1) sessions per week for four weeks via Facebook or Facetime, or WhatsApp, by your preference. The sessions can be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or other days as long as you join three days a week. In case of rescheduling or canceling, a minimum of 24 hours should be given or the class will be charged.

Retreat information

The purpose of this personal retreat is to enjoy the practice of asana (postures) centered at strengthening the body/mind, while promoting weight loss. A consultation is provided at the beginning of the retreat finalized at creating the perfect practice just for you. Yogi Vimal’s nutrition tips guide you to a better understanding of what foods support your body type and your weight goal. A few minutes of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are included in each practice.

Classes are taught by yogi Vimal via Facebook, Facetime, or WhatsApp. You can join from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer. The time zone of sessions can be discussed and arranged when booking, according to your preference.
