How the retreat works

There will be three 60-minute online sessions per week for four weeks via Facebook or Facetime, or WhatsApp, as by your preference. The sessions can be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or other days as long as you join three days a week. In case of rescheduling or canceling, a minimum of 24 hours should be given or the class will be charged.

The typical schedule time changes depending on your choice because you can choose at what time you wish to start.

Retreat information

The purpose of this retreat is to enjoy the practice while losing excess weight and strengthening the body or mind. A consultation will be provided in the retreat as well as a specified nutrition session, talking through a nutritious sample meal. Yogi Vimal’s nutrition tips will guide you to a better understanding of what foods support your weight loss. A few minutes of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are included in each practice.
