The center is located in a village between mountains, along with a breathtaking view of Senmonorom wilderness. The center combines the best of both worlds; comfort in the midst of nature. It is surrounded by various walking trails for our daily nature walks.

At the center you can relax by the beautiful ever-flowing river, far from any distraction. They offer shared double rooms accommodation, which includes 2 comfy beds in a spacious room with its own private bathroom with hot shower and outdoor terrace area. In the room you will find a table and chair, AC, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towel will be provided during your stay.


This retreat will support you to question and realize what you want, develop the tools for change, and take the first steps. Each day, you will go deep into understanding the relationship between your body and mind. You will practice a variety of different techniques including conscious breathing and movement, yoga, practical inquiry, thought-provoking questions, stimulating discussions, meditation, qigong, and more.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) or Siem Reap International Airport (REP). You can get to the retreat center by minivan from Phnom Penh (six hours drive, 10 USD per single ticket) and Siem Reap (nine hours drive, 18 USD per single ticket). If you want OmMaYaOm Center to arrange this transportation for you, they will be happy to assist.

Arrival by bus

You can book a seat from the bus station in Sen Monorom town. Kindly take a tuk-tuk to the retreat center, best known to the locals as Monnyvan Hotel, about five minutes drive and will cost 1 USD.
