Kundalini Tantra yoga is the healing yoga that uses tantra and pranayama or breathing at the same time. This means raising the Kundalini through movement with breathing. This is important for energy, raising, flowing, moving, and balancing. Tantra is raising the energy that you can use in your life, and it is combined with Kundalini, Astanga, Hatha and Sivananda (Surya Namaskar) yoga. Master Ketut Arsana has chosen particular asanas, which are important in raising the energy and helping the gland system.
Sound healing meditation is a 60-minute session that helps release tension in your mind and wash out cares through sacred mantra chanting and a relaxing breathing technique. Traditional Indian harmonium will be applied in the session through channelling positive vibration.
Upon check in, you will begin your welcome journey. Your day will begin with a sensory touch, retreat counselling, and introduction. After the welcome activities, you can enjoy your free time.
This morning, you will go for a refreshing sunrise walk. Then, you will be served with refreshments and enjoy a rejuvenating bath treatment. The afternoon is scheduled for yoga sessions and a motivational talk with Master Ketut Arsana on ashram journey and meditation.
Your day will begin with morning yoga before breakfast. Thereafter, you will experience a purification ceremony. You will spend your afternoon having a relaxing foot therapy and meditation. You may arrange another counselling session with Master Ketut Arsana if you wish.

Master Ketut Arsana was born in the village of Padang Tegal, Ubud, and grew up in a family of traditional Balinese shaman healers (Balian) passed on from his grandfather and previous ancestors. Ketut Arsana began his healing practice with his own family, and gradually extended it to neighbors and eventually anyone who heard about him. He continually improved his knowledge by way of learning from other healers, praying in temples and other sacred places, and through spiritual discipline. Ketut Arsana found his spiritual teacher, Maha Guru, and surrendered to God (Lord Siva).
