After exploring diverse disciplines (from a Law degree and professional music to Brazilian Ju Jitsu and competitive sports), Olympia felt that yoga was where everything falls together. Yoga is the place where all knowledge and experience becomes one; a complete unified experience. Olympia then qualified as a yoga teacher with Santosha yoga (YTT 200 hours). During this training, she met her inspirational teacher, Peter Clifford. She continued her studies with him for a further YTT 200, YTT 300, and the Five Elements Form. She is also a qualified massage therapist (Swedish, Thai, Ayurvedic).

After many years of practicing yoga and developing a profound interest in alternative therapies and the numerous physical and psychological benefits of yoga, Alexia pursued her aspirations and qualified as a 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher and as a therapeutic Thai massage therapist. She is a firm believer that rediscovering that connection between the body and the mind is the key to overcoming any obstacle in life and living it to its full potential. Her teaching style is a personal mix of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa techniques, aimed at empowering individuality whilst synchronizing breath awareness

"Sailing and yoga in Greece."
I really enjoyed sailing to the different islands. All of the beaches that we went to were amazing. Being out on the sea in Greece was very relaxing, it was much needed. Olympia was wonderful in every way. She was a great yoga instructor and chef! She really went out of her way to help before, during, and after the retreat.
