Immerse yourself in a well-being experience in Puglia: total immersion in the fabulous Yoga Center YogApulia, not far from Cisternino, in the heart of a lush garden, will bring you a deep feeling of relaxation and appeasement. The organizer believes well-being can only be achieved through a holistic, global, approach, they have prepared an exciting program for you that goes far beyond your yoga mat. Four days of exploration, sharing, the discovery of a way of life by who you are, with respect for others and the world around us. Throughout this retreat, Amilton and Charlotte will accompany you with kindness and guide you through gentle and dynamic yoga practices, meditations, cocoa ceremony, sound bath, and mindfulness that will reconnect you to your essence but also nature and the elements. A delicious and transformative parenthesis that will take place in a magnificent setting full of trulli and olive trees and all the hospitality of Southern Italy.
Accommodation consists of seven twin bedrooms all with private ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have been renovated to a high standard using locally sourced materials and are aiming to create a luxurious yet simple and understated feel. A large outdoor courtyard provides the main communal eating space, and several outdoor terraces offer a place to relax in the sun or the shade. A retreat is a human experience on its own, a total immersion and a moment dedicated to reconnecting with oneself but also to meeting with others. It's a moment for you, during which you learn to become an actor of your well-being within a group.
Openness to others, to novelty, non-judgment, tolerance, and kindness are part of our values and we will always advocate them with great pride. It is essential for us that you also share them to enjoy this journey.
