Come and experience yoga, adventure, and the spirit of Polynesia all in the most spectacular venue on the Big Island of Hawaii. Practice yoga and meditation daily surrounded by lush jungle and crystal clear water, swim in thermal pools heated by lava, snorkel alongside sea turtles and dolphins, and hike live volcanoes.
This 7-day retreat combines an exploration of the wild beauty and power of the land and sea of the Big Island with an exploration of your equally vibrant inner landscape, using energetic centres in your body known as chakras as your guide. The itinerary includes 2 yoga classes daily, meditation as well as adventures. The adventure includes; learning how to paddle an outrigger canoe, swimming with turtles, and dolphins, as well as explor9ing the ancient hula dance which is a form of storytelling in Hawaiian culture. There is also time to enjoy the quiet of the gardens, immerse yourself in the warmth of the jacuzzi/sauna/thermal pools, take some time to have a Lomi Lomi massage, and experience true bliss.
Elegant Hawaiian-Style Rooms and Suites
The eco-boutique hotel offers twenty elegant suites and yurt bungalows. The suites are color matched and named for the large, antique Saxon prints of tropical flowers. Each suite has a spacious bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. These spacious suites are 375 - 450 square feet and decorated with turn-of -the-century-Hawaii furniture. All suites have private balconies and chairs, overlooking the fragrant garden as well as ocean. The yurt bungalows have valley or garden views.

We grow the foods used in our hotel kitchen, from salad greens to lychee and sunrise papaya. It is elegant green travel at it's best. Our garden-side dining room opens onto fragrant plantings. You will enjoy organic farm-to-table cuisine, as well as seafood fresh from Hawaiian waters. You will find their Hawaiian spa cuisine menu rich with local accents, whole-grain breads, Pacific Rim dishes, and international menus. Their chefs are brilliant in the kitchen. When they are not out gathering herbs for an appetizer dish, they are about the region sampling local dishes for new menu ideas. Join them for a spa cooking class or afternoon in the gardens.
