During this retreat, you will be staying at Riva Beach Resort. There are 10 rooms attached with toilet bath and in beautiful set up surrounded by palm trees and little garden. The center has the facility of vegetarian restaurant.

Abhay started practicing asana’s when he was twelve years old. His spiritual quest eventually led him to the Osho Meditation Resort in Pune, India. By studying Osho’s teachings and practicing Osho’s meditation he experienced the spiritual awakening he had been seeking. He spent several years at the Osho Meditation Resort where he continued to study various meditation methods and healing therapies. He completed his Yoga Teacher Training at Kaivalyadham, Lonavala in 2004.
Manisha is a certified E-RYT200 and RYT 500 Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance USA and well as Yoga Alliance International. She is currently working as the Co-Director of Oceanic Yoga with her husband, Yogi Abhay. Manisha is practicing yoga and meditation regularly and she possesses a naturally playful and light-hearted personality which infuses her classes with love, joy and laughter.
Vinod completed his Yoga teacher training in Vinyasa flow in 2013 at Oceanic Yoga in Goa. Since then he continued his yoga practice and teaches daily yoga classes. Within one year he mastered Vinyasa Flow and advanced yoga asana’s. He enjoys daily meditation in a group setting and alone. He also explored various Osho meditations at Oceanic Yoga and has begun teaching meditations at the school. Vinod is arranging transportation, accommodation for the students at Oceanic Yoga. Oceanic Yoga is located just about two minutes away from the serene Mandrem Beach in North Goa. Mandrem Beach is very famous for its beautiful beach and sunset. From early in the morning, people start some activities like walking, running, excerpting, or yoga on the beach. It never gets overcrowded and it is out of all party hectic.
The beach is ideal for those who love the nature. Mandrem is a small village but with all necessary facilities such as bank ATM, travel agencies, guest houses and huts on the beach, supermarket, taxi, and restaurants within few minutes drive from the beach.
During this retreat, you will be served daily delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only exception is on Sunday, when lunch and dinner are not included.
