The retreat provides a wholesome approach to yoga. Work on a detox diet inside out, as you relax and unwind. Recharge through a series of full length asana practices that focus in Dharma yoga, self exploration, and mental concentration. Vinyasa flows touch upon different elements of yoga. There are all levels in the same retreat, but as a practitioner you understand that yoga is very personal and the beginners will have as much fun as the advance yogis.
The meditations are based on yoga Nidra like psychic sleep where the physical body falls into deep states of relaxation while the mind is still 100 percent aware. Besides these, focus also lies on nervous system calibration, your body your universe, relaxing the polarity band, and more.
Yoga classes focus on a 60-minute morning practice, with the theme being stillness and being present, working longer, and deeper movements.
