Keoni’s style is most likened to a Hatha/Vinyasa Flow. Classes focus on alignment while building strength and increasing flexibility. Expect slightly longer holds, slower transitions, and lots of variety! Keoni has experience in teaching all levels of students, from first timers to the seasoned yogi, kids and athletes and can offer modifications for those students needing them.
