Nova Milesko welcomes you to this supercharged weekend meditation and yoga retreat in Bransgore, UK. You will dive in Yin yoga practices and morning meditations. The weekend will include beautiful shared twin or single accommodation and fabulously tasty and healthy vegetarian meals and snacks made by the chef. All the herbal tea you can drink and many holistic treatments may also be arranged with the on-site masseuse at a special reduced rate. Practice, play, and be at peace here.

For accommodation, you have the option of a twin room or a single room. All rooms have showers and shared toilets.
Nova Milesko gives you the opportunity to really engage with your surroundings and fellow yogis for a weekend of deep restoration. You will take this retreat to focus on what is most important to you, to your health, to your hearts, and to your peace of mind. On these retreats, the mornings include early mediation followed by practice sessions that start with gentle stretching and pranayama or breathing exercises, building gradually into a flowing practice, suitable for all levels of ability. In the afternoon, there are optional walks, massages, and workshops. The gentler evening sessions of Yin will focus on relaxation and release, promoting harmony, healthy immune functioning, and improving overall vitality.
The timetable is designed for you to have lots of time to relax and reconnect, so of course everything is optional. Do what you need and want to do, and enjoy it. There will be a more detailed class schedule with the option of joining the New Teachers classes throughout the weekend.
Nova has studied with world-renowned teachers Visvaketu (Akhanda), Shiva Rea (Vinyasa Flow), John Friend (Anusara), and David Swenson (Ashtanga). She has been privileged to learn from inspiring teachers such as Sarah Powers, Paul Grilly, Sharon Gannon, Michael Gannon, and Mathew Sweeny among others amassing over 2,000 hours of training and over 10,000 hours of teaching. Nova has been practicing yoga and meditation since the early 80s and teaching full time in London for more than 30 years. She has acquired the Yoga Alliance Advanced qualifications through extensive training.
This retreat will take place in Bransgore, UK. You will be staying in a manor house, with the New Forest on the doorstep and the beautiful village of Burley with many pubs and shops round the corner - you are really spoilt for choice as to places to go.
The House was built as a calendar house with 365 windows (days), 7 outer doors (days per week), 52 rooms (weeks), 12 chimneys (months) and 4 wings (seasons). It was designed and built by the Arts and Crafts architect W.R. Lethaby and was completed in 1891.
Avon Tyrrell House was the last known calendar house to be built in the UK and is Grade I listed. This historical house stands as the focal point in the 65-acre estate and manages to combine historical charm and features, with practicality making it an ideal place to stay for this retreat.

You will be provided with vegetarian meals, herbal tea, and snacks daily. You will have a choice of wholesome and tasty options for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, plus mid-morning herbal tea and biscuits, and an afternoon tea with cakes.
If you want to get out into the great outdoors, then this is the weekend retreat for you. With classes and activities running throughout the weekend, you will be spoilt for choice. There is archery, high ropes, zip wire, climbing, horse riding, and an adventure course (these activities require minimum two weeks pre-booking and come at an extra cost of 10 to 50 GBP per person), not to mention bike or walk to just ride off into the sunset.
