In Marrakech you are accommodated right in the middle of the Medina, Marrakech’s old part of the city, in a carefully chosen, familiar Riad. Cool and comfortable, beautiful and absolutely quiet though right in the center, Riad Maïalou provides you with the fitting environment to dust off, relax, enjoy yourself. And of course, serves us comfortably for most of the daily yoga practices.

For the day tour to the foot of the High Atlas, further away from the bustle of the city, you will be enjoying yourself in La ferme Berbère – an ancient olive tree farm holding a delicious restaurant and a spa.

Day 1 / Arrival + Introduction / No Yoga

  • Arrival in Marrakech (transfer will be arranged individually according to your arrival time) + Transfer to the Riad
  • 19:30 - Introduction & welcome dinner in the Riad

Day 2 / Marrakech Tour / 2 Yoga Sessions

  • 07:30 - 09.00: Morning Yoga, incl. Pranayama + Meditation
  • 11:00 - 16.00: Guided Marrakech Tour with a professional City Guide
  • 17:30 - Evening Yoga
  • 19:30 - Dinner in the Riad

Day 3 / La Ferme Berbère / 2 Yoga Sessions

  • 07:30 - 09.00 - Morning Yoga, incl. Pranayama + Meditation
  • 11:00 - Before lunch time we will head from the city center to beautiful La ferme Berbère to spend the rest of the day and the night here. Away from the bustle of the souks, the ancient olive tree farm welcomes travelers looking for tranquility and friendliness. Guest farm, restaurant and spa, La Ferme Berbere allows to escape Marrakech for the day and to stay in a peaceful setting: Enjoy the rest of the day at the pool, or in the Spa.
  • 18:00 - 19:00 - Enjoy your sunset yoga session facing the High Atlas as well as a lovely Moroccan dinner in the group afterwards.

Day 4 / Paradis du Safran / 1 Yoga Session

  • 09:00 - Breakfast & free time
  • 12:30 - We take the bus and drive a bit more outwards to Paradis du Safran. Here you can see how to grow and process Safran and enjoy this most captivating surrounding on the foot of the Atlas Mountains. Paradis du Safran holds a garden with a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as herbs from all over the world. You will get taught the relevant knowledge about the qualities of Safran and how to distinguish between real and fake Safran. And you will be offered a Safran menue for lunch, if you want. Discover the whole place, participate in an optional cooking class or dust off throughout the day – before you will enjoy your yoga session facing the Atlas Mountains, enjoying fresh air and the green surrounding.
  • 19:00 - Transfer back to the Riad in Marrakech
  • 20:00 - Dinner in the Riad

Day 5 / Jardin Majorelle + Free Time / 1 Yoga Session

  • 08:00 - Breakfast
  • 09:00 - Start your day most inspired visiting the famous Majorelle Gardens. We take a PIKALA bike to ride to Majorelle. After your individual tour through the garden we meet you at KAOWA for a healthy juice if wanted, have a short stop at Marrakech’s famous concept store Rue Majorelle 33 and then take you back to the Medina, where you can either spend the rest of the day relaxing in the Riad or dive into the Souks of the Medina.
  • 17:30 - Sunset yoga session on the Riad’s rooftop
  • 19:30 - Dinner in the Riad

Day 6 / Yoga-Workshop + Free time / 2 Yoga Sessions

  • 07:30 - 09:00: Morning Yoga, incl. Pranayama + Meditation
  • 11:00 - 13:00: Yoga Workshop to intensify your practice / yoga knowledge
  • 13:00 - 17:00: Free time
  • 17:30 -Evening Yoga in the Riad
  • 19:30 - Dinner in the Riad

Day 7 / Jardin Secret + Free Time / 1 Yoga Session

  • 07:30 - 09:00 - We will take you to beautiful Jardin Secret & have our farewell sunrise yoga session in this special & artful, most atmospheric surrounding before you will enjoy your breakfast and a private tour in the garden
  • 11:00 - 16:00 - Enjoy yourself for the day, explore the city on your own to fulfill any personal desires. Relax in a traditional Moroccan Hammam & Spa. Enjoy a massage, visit any not yet visited sights, museums or exhibitions. We are happy supporting to organize any of it
  • 19:30 - Farewell Dinner in the Riad

Sabine Klein
Since 2012, Sabine is teaching a mindfulness-based, calm and precise yoga style in Yogastudios and private lessons in Berlin. After two decades of her own yoga praxis, she decides for her first training at Spirit Yoga in Berlin, another training in the traditional style after Sivananda, training in Yin and restorative yoga as well as yoga therapy. Basis of her teaching is the flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga with the emphasis on Pranayama and meditation. Yoga does not have a certain way or style for her, but is an individual practice path.
Gaia Ceccarelli
Movement and body as an instrument to create harmony have always been an integral part of her life. Gaia studied classical, modern and contemporary dance for 16 years. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga her teaching style emphasizes body awareness and alignment, focussing the attention on cultivating sensibilty, honesty and concentration on the mat and in life. When teaching, Gaia’s focus is to guide students towards having the confidence and understanding to develop a self-practice and to personally experience the transformative power of yoga.
Katrin Witt
For over 10 years you can find nomad heart Katrin regularly on the mat. In the yoga practice, she found peace and strength from the very beginning – serenity and gratitude followed. The desire being able to pass that to others has initiated her doing a yoga teacher training in 2013 in India at the Ashiyana Yoga Centre and aroused her interest in yoga and holistic life approaches. Additionally it is Katrin’s heartfelt concern to integrate yoga into a normal life, to practice with fun and joy and to submit no overlying strict dogmas.
Füsun Folger
Born in Istanbul, grown up in Berlin Füsun looks back on several years of own yoga practice. She taught on different yoga studios before she established enso yoga in Berlin Mitte, www.ensoyoga.de. Füsun completed her yoga teacher training at Spirit Yoga Berlin and at Cihangir Yoga in Istanbul and is teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She has learned and internalized her clearly structured, powerful yet gentle style of teaching in numerous workshops with German and international teachers such as Patricia Thielemann, Dr. Patrick Broome, Zeynep Aksoy, Gurmukh, Bryan Kest and Rusty Wells.
Knuth Folger
Yoga is a constant companion of my life, which always creates the connection with my body, which grounds me and retrieves me from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I always experience an incredible feeling after an intense yogapraxis every time, I experience how blockages can dissolve and the energy can flow unhindered again. A nice side effect is the healing of some physical complaints. My teaching style is powerful, challenging and focused. I was born and raised in Berlin, work as a lawyer in my main profession and live with Füsun and our children in Berlin-Friedrichshagen.


The retreat will be held in Marrakech, Morocco, the pearl of the south. In Marrakech, you will be discovering local treasures like spices, perfumes, handicrafts, carpets, and jewelry. Between the small shops, you will find tiny fruit and vegetable stalls where farmers offer their freshly harvested products, old carriages serving as counters for fresh and delicious bread.

Everything is surrounded by a bewitching smell. The whole city seems to be enchanted by drumming, singing, snake charmers, and storytellers. Calm and coolness can only be found once entering the very narrow streets. You will fin it easy to feel comfortable and at home in Marrakech despite its strangeness and you will be fascinated in the sea of seething life, bustling action, loud shouts, and the feverish, everlasting, and never ending circle of boiling life.


You will be served breakfast and dinner Moroccan inspired meals. Vegan or vegetarian meals are upon request. Please email NOSADE on your preferred nutritional style and also about any food intolerance.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK). Transfer from and to the airport is included. NOSADE will arrange for your airport transfer once you submit your flight details via email.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
