The retreat is held at the beautiful Arts and Crafts House. There are accommodation options to suit all budgets. Its a comfortable mix of quirky and luxury accommodation with shared bathrooms.

Program

Life has become increasingly busy and chaotic, and navigating the many challenges that come your way can consume a lot of time and energy. This can knock you off balance and put you in a place where you feel disempowered and overwhelmed.

By paying attention internally you can discern what is yours to deal with, and detach from the external stresses that knock you off balance. Then you can find a place where you feel empowered, energized, and calmer: a place of inner balance.

There will be four yoga sessions, including three-hour workshop-length sessions on the Saturday and Sunday mornings, taking you deeper into your yoga, whether you are a newbie or more experienced practitioner. You can also explore the wild landscapes of Mynydd Tŵr (known in English as Holyhead mountain) either on a guided walk or at your own pace. Check-in from 3 p.m. on Friday, departures after brunch on Sunday around 1 p.m.

The retreat is held at the beautiful Arts and Crafts House built in 1915, situated next to the South Stack RSPB nature reserve, in an elevated location with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. It is quirky, luxurious and comfortable: a one-of-a-kind venue.

Food

All meals are included from dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday, and there are hot drinks and fruit available through the weekend. Non-yoga partners are welcome to join to enjoy the food and landscape. With plant-based catering by the talented and inspiring Ingwe Impande of SenSaucery, using the best of seasonal, local produce, you will feel rested, recharged and nourished by this weekend.

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Manchester Airport (MAN), Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL), and Birmingham Airport (BHX). Airport transfer is not included. Please send an inquiry for more information on how to get to the retreat venue.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
