Enjoy the beautiful island of Ibiza, Spain. A week of tough military style fitness exercises and yoga at a fabulous fitness retreat set in gorgeous surroundings on the island of Ibiza. A peaceful retreat and a perfect place to detox and exercise, getting away from the excesses of modern life.
You will be accommodated in double or twin rooms, with en-suite or shared bathrooms. Rooms are cleaned daily, and clean towels are provided mid-week, as required. There is also the option to stay in gorgeous tents. Glampers exercise and dine with the other guests, but retire to their cool tents at night. Glampers use the outside shower and shared toilet facilities of the main villa.
A typical day’s itinerary will include challenging but amazing scenic hikes to The Goddess Island with renowned islander Toby Clarke, core stability exercises, and team activities. There’s yoga once a week and extra one-on-one yoga sessions are available at extra cost. If you want to be pushed that little bit more, if you have the energy, you have the option to work out with the trainers!
On your last day, boot camp finishes at lunchtime. The afternoon is for team games or you are free to enjoy the sun, or explore the beautiful island of Ibiza.
Rayja was born and raised in the inspiring island Ibiza. Following his heart, hands and spirit, he headed towards South-East Asia to study and absorb the healing arts of bodywork and Iyengar yoga, in recognized schools such as the International Thai Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand and the Recreational Sports and Natural Medicine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Satva Yoga Centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and the Himalayan Yoga Institute in Goa, India.

During your stay, you will be served three meals a day. All meals are wheat, gluten, and processed sugar free. If you have special dietary requirements, please send a message to No 1 Boot Camp.
Ibiza is a beautiful island and guests are encouraged to go out and explore it on their time off. For those of you who want to explore the area, you are suggested to hire a car, as taxis can be expensive. Dinner is always served at the villa at 19:00 and guests who want to do some sight-seeing, shopping, or exploring are encouraged to return by this time. Activities and excursions may be arranged for an additional price.
