During this retreat, you will be accommodated in the comfortable Bala Brook Retreat Centre. There are room choices for you to decide, single, double, twin or triple rooms are available. You can decide whether you would like to be alone or sharing with others. Furthermore, to make it as peaceful as possible, Wi-Fi is limited to kitchen and library rooms mostly.
Join this weekend retreat to recharge for the season as nature returns to the earth. This will be a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend of great yoga, nourishing vegetarian food, with time to explore the beautiful Park for those who wish to venture out. Dynamic Vinyasa, restorative practice, and calming nidras await you in the beautiful Dartmoor National Park on this New Moon weekend.

Ed Wood is the Lead Hot Yoga Instructor of Yogafurie. Ed has a keen understanding of human anatomy and a broad, deep appreciation of Yoga practice, philosophy, and principles. He started Yogafurie Hot Yoga back in 2012 and has seen it grow ever since. Ed Wood also runs hot yoga teacher training courses. Ed has always been interested in the anatomy and eastern practices. Before becoming a hot yoga teacher, Ed was a Tai Chi instructor. Ed has a background of martial arts, including as a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Yoga Alliance RYT 500 (Vinyasa Yoga)
Sinead is an RYT 200-hour Yoga alliance certified teacher and currently, training for her 500-hour certificate, Sinead's classes are a dynamic mix of Vinyasa flow and Hatha Yoga. Always mindful of anatomical safety, Sinead keeps her classes safe and challenging whilst also light-hearted and humorous.
This retreat will take place at Bala Brook Retreat Centre located in Devon, England. This location is very accessible, it is so secluded and peaceful, that you would not know that it is just a short drive from Bristol.
To complete this retreat, you will be served with daily nutritious vegetarian and vegan food - you’ll definitely have an appetite on this yoga retreat! Yogafurie makes sure that you have as much delicious food as you want.
