Claudia and Yves from Tierraventura and Alosja van Leeuwen from Alosja Yoga would like to invite you on this new adventure, a magical journey from the Oaxacan mountains to the Pacific Coast! Most yoga retreats are just set in one place but Oaxaca just has so much to offer and to experience. So, they decided to organize a retreat where you will be able to stay in the city for two days, the mountains for three days, and the beach for three days!

You will stay at Hotel Un Sueño Valle de Huaje in Oaxaca City, in a shared cabin at Terraza de la Tierra Sierra Sur, and at Hotel Las tres Marias in San Agustinillo. You will be staying in a room for 2 persons sharing. At the mountains, you will be staying in a cabaña for 3 persons sharing.
The arrival in Oaxaca is on October 20. On October 22, you will go to the mountains (Sierra Sur) and on October 25 you will visit the beach. The retreat finishes on October 28. You can decide to come back to Oaxaca City and stay in the city a few days longer to experience the most special festivities of Dia de Muertos, Day of the Dead.
Alosja van Leeuwen
Alosja is a yoga instructor.
Your retreat will take place in Oaxaca de Juarez, Sierra Sur, and San Augustinillo Pacific coast.
You will be served vegetarian, Mexican food. On the mountains, you will be served organic food with vegan food on some days.
In Oaxaca City, there are many things to do. Apart from great museums, the markets and the artisan shop are really special and of course, there are many restaurants. On the mountains, you will have time to really relax, restore, and reconnect, and the beach is just the perfect place to end the nine-day retreat. Moreover, massage is available on request.
You will have an Indian steam bath (temazcal).
To get to Oaxaca, there are various airlines: Aeromexico, Interjet, and Volaris.
You can use Ado (bus company) to get to Oaxaca.
