Yoga Sadhna India offers a well maintained twin sharing accommodation. It is located in a clean and comfortable ashram like setting and has hot water, attached bath, western toilets, and all the other essentials you would need to pursue yoga training. Early registration gets you the best rooms.

Single rooms are also available, though in limited number. They can be requested at a marginally higher cost. The venue is close to the market-place to help you take care of your daily essentials.

Yoga Sadhna India's locations are selected with great care and are situated in serene quiet places to facilitate teachings and training. Your yoga halls are nice and well ventilated.

Yoga Sadhna India Yoga Teacher Training Program


Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

This program specializes in combining different styles of yoga into one training. The program is designed as per the Yoga Alliance standards and also contains more information which the school considers that a yogi must know. Strong foundation of teaching into all elements of yoga that will make every learner a master, is provided during this yoga teacher training.

Ashtanga yoga

In the 200-hour yoga teacher training course, you will cover thorough study of primary series of the Ashtanga yoga. The classes are taught in accordance with the tradition developed by pioneer yogis hailing from Mysore, India. This teaches you different breaths such as ujjai breath and also bandhas (energy locks). These asanas help in the enhancement of concentration, flexibility, and the muscular strength. The teachers make the student learn the postures perfectly using the series of backbends, forward folding poses, and inversions.

Hatha yoga

During this yoga teacher training you will also learn all the asanas involved in Hatha yoga, from simple to advanced ones. The Hatha classes will allow you to gently loose the stiff joints and sooth the aching muscles while calming the mind. Proper breathing and peace of mind are also to be gained by the students from Hatha yoga postures.

Props yoga

Yoga Sadhna include in this training the usage of props to correctly align the body in postures and use of these to enhance and deepen your practice.

Rishikesh is a yoga capital of the world, where mountains echo spirituality and rivers hum mantras. Yogis are born and meditate in every nook and corner. On the banks of River Ganga, a little town on the foothills of Himalaya breathes yoga and spirituality. The crisp mountain air and white sand Ghats and the evening perfumed air with the lulls of chants await for you.


Nothing boasts better than the layers of tranquil mountains of Kumaon, dotted with alpine lakes. Here you can witness snow clad giant magnificent Himalayan Range, practice meditation and yoga in valleys, full of fruit orchards - this area is known as the fruit bowl of India. Breath pure fresh crisp air, drink spring water purer than bottled mineral water. Being there is as good as meditation. A teacher training and yoga practice couldn’t be better in any other place.

From Delhi you can fly to Rishikesh with a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED).

From Delhi you can fly to Mukteshwar with a domestic flight to Pantnagar Airport (PGH).

Arrival by taxi

From Delhi to Rishikesh you may book a taxi that will get you to the ashram in six to eight hours.

From both Jolly Grant Airport (DED) and Pantnagar Airport (PGH) you will have to take a taxi to the ashram.
