Finca Argayall is one of the best-kept secrets of the Canary Islands. There is a selection of uniquely designed rooms in this venue including garden huts, pyramid ad A-frame rooms, terrace rooms with garden view and terrace rooms with sea view. The terrace rooms with a garden view are quiet, comfortable and prettily decorated with a shared shady veranda that overlooks the tropical gardens. Bathroom facilities are close-by and shared.
The charming and comfortable garden huts are spacious and airy with a private seated area outside. They are set in the lush green gardens with the serene sounds of bird song and the sea.
The pyramid and A-frame are both well-furnished little houses with a double bed in this paradise garden with a sitting space outside. The pyramid is ideal for a couple sharing and the A-frame is perfect for single occupancy. All garden accommodation has plentiful shared bathroom facilities close-by.
The terrace rooms with a sea view have doors that open out onto a secondly shared veranda with stunning ocean views. These rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. Moreover, there is also a double studio apartment which is a part of Finca Argayall that you can choose as your accommodation as well.
During this retreat, you will have two 90-minute yoga classes each day apart from one yoga free day. This program is suitable for all levels and yoga experience. The daily yoga sessions will be taught by Jess Horn from the morning of April 15 and the retreat on May 27 will be taught by Ish Wara. The morning practice will gently open the body and attune the mind to the breath, slowly moving and building into a flowing and dynamic sequence.

There will be time set aside in the day to explore and take in the stunning beauty of the surroundings, relax by the pool or dip into the sea just a few steps away. The group will meet again in the late afternoon for a more gentle and restorative class. You will also have one yoga-free day.

Ishwara started his practice in London in 1991, took his teacher training in 2003 and started teaching that year along with a move to the English Lake District. He is passionate about yoga, people and the potential of people to become more loving and more holistic in the choices made in a diverse ecosystem. He brings warmth, clarity, fun, knowledge and spontaneity to his teaching.

Teaching a mindful flow and breath-led practice with a focus on safe alignment, Jess skillfully provides a space in her classes where everyone feels comfortable and can challenge them selves safely whether they are beginners or more experienced yogis. During this retreat, you will meditate and practice yoga at Finca Argayall in La Gomera, Canary Islands, Spain. This magical venue on the unspoiled island of La Gomera sits nestled in the cliffs in a secluded bay. The venue itself runs as a community and welcomes others to experience and respect this beautiful and unique life. There is an organic farm, tropical gardens, a natural spring, two swimming pools and the beach a few steps away.
Throughout each day, you will be offered three organic vegetarian meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner apart from one evening when you can go into the nearby village to taste the local culinary delights.
It is best to arrive at Tenerife South before midday if possible to take the afternoon ferry across to La Gomera. From the airport, you will take a taxi to Los Cristianos ferry port which is a 15-minute journey. From here you will take a ferry to the island of La Gomera. The ferry takes about 45 minutes and costs between 30 to 40 EUR. From San Sebastian, the group can take a taxi together direct to Finca Argayall or alternatively there is a bus.
