During the retreat, you will be staying in accommodations that is provided by Yoga Begins.
This retreat will be designed in a flexible schedule that allows you to explore your yoga practice and experience the local Indian culture. New yogis will be encouraged to explore asana, pranayama, meditation practices, and to form a deeper relation with yoga. While the experienced practitioners will be inspired to take their practice to a whole new level.
On this retreat, you will have a chance to visit ashrams and temples in Mathura, Vrindavan, Delhi, and visit the world capital of yoga such as Rishikesh and Haridwar. You will also have a trip to Taj Mahal to sense the light of love with direct perception.
After exposing yourself to those sacred places, you will be expected to get the space-energy poured deep into your consciousness, get your karma transformed at its most essential state, and get focused on the essence of their power into your being.
Vani Shukla started her introduction to yoga at the of 18 after losing both her parents. This experience changed her as a person and she was enthralled by the power of yoga. Thus, she decided to inspire the people to lead a happy and healthy life by sharing this incredible knowledge of mind, body and soul. She has organized successful workshops and retreats and guided students in safe traditional yoga through a variety of postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. She personally loves teaching meditation and yoga philosophy and believes in the philosophy of Karma yoga.
This yoga retreat will be conducted in India, which has been famous for its spiritual space and its life transforming effects on individuals from time immemorial. You will be able to refine your yoga practice in a serene environment.
