The Hawaii Island Retreat eco-boutique hotel offers a choice of elegant bungalows, suites, and yurts. The suites are color matched and named for the large antique saxon prints of tropical flowers. Each suite has a spacious bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. These spacious suites are 375 - 450 square feet and decorated with turn-of -the-century-Hawaii furniture.
All suites have private balconies and chairs, overlooking the fragrant garden as well as the ocean. The yurt bungalows have valley or garden views.
It is recommended to contact Women Wellness Retreats before choosing a room so that they can help you choose the right accommodation as per your needs (there are also high-end bungalows and opportunities to share a room with three people).

After some yummy yoga and a peaceful meditation in the balmy winds of Hawaii, assessments will be made where you are for example on a scale of one to ten, how energized do you feel? What is and is not working in your life? What do you most want? Your teachers will let your heart and mind speak to them through a series of guided exercises.
In the afternoon, you will learn and practice self-care ritual number 1.
Using creative and time-tested activities, the instructors will help you take a stock of your current care activities and give you the secret to building revitalizing practices into your daily life, including exercising, conscious breathing, or healthy eating.

You will uncover how to talk to yourself, to make sure that you are not the demanding ones. While this might seem like a scary step, it is going through this process that you will uncover the power of your own internal self-dialogue, and ensure that it is supporting your highest good.

What do you want to do in the world? What is your place in the world? You will gain the answer to these questions today, working with your belief systems and values as it relates to work, family, career, spirituality and your life goals. You will create a map that leads you towards your goals.

You will discuss how to bring all the insights and resources that you have learned during the week, back home and integrate them into your life. The teachers will also discuss the support systems you can use to keep on track with your new self-care rituals.
The art of self-care retreat will be held in a loving and nourishing hotel, with plenty of time for rest, swims at the beach, yoga, massages, and time for doing what you know feeds you. You will be entering a structure that has been designed to be restful so that you can get to know your own rhythms and better understand what your body needs.

Allison's creativity has been cultivated over the years as a CEO of a marketing firm in San Francisco, working primarily on large-scale behavior change campaigns for environmental issues. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and a M.A. in Environmental Policy. Allison's guidance flows from what she learned on her own self-care journey, going from burnt out executive to a creative wellness facilitator and writer. She is also a skilled facilitator of self-care and creativity workshops, where she blends coaching, writing, and art therapy to connect you to your heart, mind and soul's purpose.
Brianna is a 200-hour yoga instructor, a sacred yoga prenatal instructor, a doula, a hairstylist, and an Aveda educator. She brings years of experience of being guided in and teaching classes on well-being, loving, and honoring your sacred self and Ayurveda. She loves teaching workshops and continues to share her knowledge with her clients and students. Her goal is to educate people to integrate wellness and beauty into their lives on a daily basis. Brianna will be your guide and instructor for this retreat.

You will be served three daily nutritious organic meals, during the duration of the retreat program. They grow their own foods used in their hotel kitchen, from salad greens to lychee and sunrise papaya.
