In the heart of Apulia, the retreat will be held, and it will definitely bring your thoughts to another place of relaxation and at the same time, you will fall in love with this place. It will bring you an experience of your five senses as well as discovering your true nature.
Yoga is not just 'poses'. It also includes what happens along the way (how you breathe, how you are listening to your body, and how your mind is focused on the present moment). Yoga is a personal activity that looks different for each of you. Yoga is not about how you "look" on the outside, it is about how you "feel" on the inside.
You will practice Hatha yoga with a balanced yoga approach. Every morning, there will be warm-up exercises, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), mantras (positive affirmations), mindfulness (focuses attention), Mudra, and relaxation (includes guided imagery) surrounded by nature.
This holiday includes a tour to experience Puglia.
Conversano is located on a pleasant hill of the Murgia, just six kilometers from Cozze village. Among its characteristics is a historic center that is divided into three parts (the medieval city, Castelvecchio and Casalnuovo). In addition, there are the Basilica and many churches which retain the signs of religious power.
Located four kilometers from Cozze, Polignano a Mare is the pearl of the Adriatic, a sublime combination between the blue sea and the cliffs of the ancient Polignano borgo. It is also an oasis to discover the rich province of Bari. Won the coveted Blue Flag award and four sails of Legambiente, Polignano a Mare has great hospitality of its people, its traditions, and folklore to accommodate tourists. In the historic center of Polignano a Mare, the time has stopped to give way to the sound of the sea, its intense aroma, with its bright colors. Here, you can see balconies set in the cliff and narrow streets and corners of the old town to give authentic emotions.
Alberobello is located 24 kilometers from Conversano in the Valle d'Itria. "I wake up and I see a land of dreams, as setrulli asleep yet," wrote then enchanted Gabriele D'Annunzio in front of the trulli of Alberobello. Lamine resting on the shelf of one another, in circles ever closer to the final funnel, a masterpiece of statics with an air chamber that is formed between a chianca and the other to absorb the changes in temperature and to keep it constant.
"i trulli", cool in summer and warm in the winter, are the first example of natural insulation. And the so-called "passivity" of the structure is able to absorb even the most violent shocks of earthquakes. The trulli are an unreal world and sweet as a caress, a symbol of the spirituality of time. The trullo was a self-sufficient dwelling for the life and work of men and animals. And those mysterious symbols on the cones are praise to the Lord or an invocation of protection facing the sun.

She will be teaching you some of the secrets of the famous Italian cuisine.
