    Jaagar is a charming boutique resort spread over sprawling seven acres of orchard on the periphery of Corbett Tiger Reserve, Uttrakhand, India. The amazing wildlife next door, the fruit laden trees, the lush green environs, the aroma of herbs, flowers and old trees, with spacious independent villas and cottages, Jaagar has all the ingredients of a perfect yoga retreat destination.

    Day 1 - Arrive at Jim Corbett National Park

    Early morning, meet at common meeting point in New Delhi and transfer to retreat space at Jim Corbett National Park. Arrive around lunch time and after lunch, we set out for a an exciting walk into the surrounding jungle area. Return and we start the retreat with an opening circle with the whole group. Evening fire ceremony with some chanting.

    Day 2 - Corbett and around

    Early morning, depart for a safari in the jungle. Another exciting day of meeting with the Bengal tiger (if luck prevails of course). Return in time for breakfast. Yoga Nidra post breakfast. Evening Restorative session. Bonfire late evening before dinner. Overnight.

    Day 3 - Corbett and around

    Morning asana and pranayama session. After breakfast, we depart for an elephant safari through the jungles. Late afternoon, short reflexology session and yoga Nidra. Bonfire late evening before dinner. Overnight.

    Day 4 - Corbett and around

    Morning asana and pranayama session. After breakfast, we take a walk with a birding expert and spot some really cool birds of the area. Return in time for lunch. Early evening Restorative session to ease out the walk of the day. Short yoga Nidra. Fire ceremony and closing circle late evening before dinner. Overnight.

    Day 5 - Corbett and then return

    After early morning session and breakfast, we set out for return journey back to Delhi.

      She offers glimpses of the yogic way of life as she leads you through the retreat and has great insights on travelling through this vast sub-continent. Her speciality lies in Sstyananda yoga with a lot of focus on yoga Nidra.

    Arrival by airplane

    Book flights or train to Delhi (DEL) and we arrange transfer from common meeting point in Delhi to the retreat location and back.
