During the retreat, you will dedicate two hours a day to Hatha yoga and meditation sessions. Chiara and Jürgen are experienced yoga teachers and will guide you on this path. Therefore, yoga is equally suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
The technique and details of the postures (asanas) will be discussed in depth. Relaxation exercises and Nidra yoga classes will complete the program.
After the morning yoga sessions, you will enjoy an organic breakfast and start the hikes. A longer hike will take place on Saturday, bringing you to the summit of a mountain, and a shorter hike will take place on Sunday.
Walking with snowshoes is easy to learn for every hiker. After a short period of acclimatization, it is fun to ascend over untouched white slopes and gently jump down in the snow.
This program will be adapted to the weather conditions.
There will be a longer hike on Saturday, which will bring you to the summit of a mountain (12 kilometers). The hike could be in the area of Hochgrat, depending on the weather. On Sunday, you will experience the winter silence on a shorter, but equally beautiful hiking tour (9 kilometers). Hiking with snowshoes is easy if you are used to hiking in the mountains. Be aware that you should be in good health and that the paths are not flat.
