Available only for students on courses or retreats, there are six rooms that offer an encouragement towards the simplicity of living in the midst of natural surroundings. Open your windows to the tropical weather of southern Thailand or enjoy the cool breeze from a fan. There are en-suite private rooms.
Yoga classes at the retreat are a combination of familiar postures (asana), as well as more challenging poses, with adjustments and variations given to students. Emphasis is always placed on the breath, which brings awareness to the body and mind simultaneously. The result is that the body becomes energized, the mind becomes centered, and awareness is increased. The aim is to increase vitality at the same time as promoting a sense of well-being.

Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Vegetarian Restaurant and Raw Organic Caf serve an assortment of healthy foods, fresh juices, and probiotics. Also, they serve their delicious chai tea and have Friday night Indian buffet by 7:00 p.m. Veggie, vegan and raw options are available to make sure you get all the nurturing your body needs.
There are shakes and elixirs that will be given to you during the retreat. Detox shakes that have Physillum husk and Benonite clay inside which will be taken thrice a day, Spirulina, unlimited water, Vitamin C, fresh coconut water, herbal teas all throughout the day, Thai Noni juice, sea salt, and soup broth.
There are many other activities that you can do apart from yoga in Koh Phangan. There is kirtan, chanting singing, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, elephant rides, a jungle, mountain walking, beach hopping, and waterfalls. And of course there is always a party during the night.
You will be responsible in booking your flight from and to Koh-Samui Airport (USM) as well as your transfers to and from the airport.
Getting to Koh Phangan is quite straight forward, with regular rail and air links running daily from Bangkok. Whether you are travelling from Malaysia in the south or Bangkok in the north, you should make your way to the town of Surrathani on the mainland and catch any of the numerous boat services from there.
When you arrive on a ferry into Thong Sala, you will have a massive selection of taxis to choose from, each of which is usually accompanied by a young Thai sales person. Choose whichever one you want, and be prepared to pay just over 200 THB for the journey.

Take a taxi from the boat jetty direct to the retreat, which is situated close to Haad Salad in the North West of the island. Prices will vary but should not cost you more than 300 THB at the very most.
