  • Sean Goldberg

    Sean is a registered physiotherapist in Australia. His teaching style is based on a deep understanding of yoga anatomy, yoga physiology and traditional Hatha Yoga. Sean has taught on yoga trainings for various schools all over the world, including Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, Bali and Australia.

  • Maria Frisch

    Power of Now Oasis, Bali Yoga Alliance International Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)

    Maria completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Power of Now Oasis, in Bali. Since then, she has completed trainings and workshop in Yin Yoga, Restorative, FlyHigh Yoga and Acroyoga. Her journey didn’t stop there, as she took a100hr training in “Thai Yoga Massage” in Chiang Mai. One of her main goals is to share the benefits of yoga and bring more mindfulness and awareness into peoples lives, to live and enjoy the moment; and to connect with themselves. As a teacher, Maria always has a big smile on her face along with her soothing voice, to create a space where everyone feel welcome.

  • Bente Andersen

    Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)

    Bente first came in touch with Yoga in late 1990. She completed her formal yoga teacher training at the Jungle Yoga Ashram, in Thailand in early 2010. Certified in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, in the tantric yoga philosophy and tradition. Bente strives to inspire her students to always move with ease. She embraces a creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the diversity of Vinyasa yoga. She creates space and courage to grow and transform, to move past the comfort zone on and off the mat!

  • Lauren Prindiville

    Wanderlust at heart, Lauren was born and raised on the east coast of the United States in New Jersey. She has been traveling, volunteering and teaching internationally for the past 5 years across Europe, North & Central America, and Asia. Lauren is a 500-hour registered Yoga Alliance instructor, certified to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Additionally, she studied Ayurvedic Medicine, Therapies and Massage under Doctor Sreejith Kumar in Kerala, India.

  • Kirsten Swales

    Kirsten was first introduced to Yoga when she began her studies as a Naturopath almost a decade ago in Perth. Yoga has been a steady and integral part of her life ever since. In addition to teaching Yoga, Kirsten works as a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Western Medical Herbalist, specializing in helping health conscious women clear and heal the frustrating digestive symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). During your teacher training, Kirsten will be sharing her knowledge and experience in the field of natural medicine with workshops in Health & Nutrition.

  • Jonathan Matahi Lefevre

    Jonathan was born in Tahiti and grew up with hippie parents between Polynesia, Bali, and India. After a long formative period of travelling and studying with various healers and mystics, Jonathan eventually went into more academic training. He graduated from the Kimura Shiatsu Institute in Tokyo, Japan, the International School of Bodywork in San Diego, California, and the British School of Osteopathy, London, UK. His work combines various elements and techniques from all these different traditions, but he specializes in myofascial osteopathic work and emotional release.

One weekly breakfast (every Monday) and final group graduation dinner are included in price. The Peaceful Warriors caters for both vegetarian, vegan and other allergies or intolerance. Lunch and dinner meals can be enjoyed as you desire. Let the creative local chefs at the Serenity Eco Guesthouse cook you a hearty homemade meal that will satisfy your taste buds and your appetite. At this tropical haven, everybody aims to live a natural, healthy, sustainable and spiritual way of life, and this translates into all the dishes lovingly prepared at the Alkaline Restaurant.
