Women's Yoga Teacher Training USA Program

Certifications

Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certification through Soul Ascension Yoga, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) owned by Molly Warner and Eli Kaiser and is approved for Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration.

During this training, the focus will be on women's empowerment, sisterhood, and sacred healing plants to ignite and empower your inner goddess. You will enjoy daily yoga, meditation, healing, and detoxifying foods that will revitalize your mind, body, and spirit while learning to give back to yourself in a loving and connected way to allow your trust, brightest, and bravest self to shine.

We will work with the divine feminine and on the spirit level of each person, deepening your connection with the community of humanity. You will learn to find love within yourself and to depend on yourself only as the source of infinite love. Invite your inner goddess to come alive, shine, and be seen. This inner goddess is the source of your power and the embodiment of your own inner passion and zest for life. Allow her to rise up and be everything that she needs in this world because everything that you need is within you!

This course is focused on a total life reset, releasing unhealthy patterns and creating new ones, as well as designing the life your heart dreams of. The schedule includes full weekends off to allow for more integration time of this deep work. Students will learn, practice, and teach a wide range of yoga postures, fully grasping sequencing in Hatha and Vinyasa flows.

There is ample opportunity to deepen your understanding of prana (life-force energy), healing, and spirituality, woven into the course with anatomy, sequence, and breath, all in a space that offers the multi-faceted teachings of yoga while honoring and respecting all religious backgrounds and beliefs.

True yoga (meaning “union”) teaches us to expand our consciousness and live in a higher vibrational life of beauty, presence, grace, and bliss.

With opportunity for extra study in energy healing and how to apply it directly to the work and life of a yoga teacher, as well the option of a raw, vegan, or gluten-free meal plan during your learning experience, this is truly an opportunity to shake off what you are ready to leave behind in order to transform into the empowered you.

Please inform them of your past experience with yoga, as your training will be tailored to your needs. They ask you to take a minimum of 10 public classes (versus solo or online practice alone) before attending this course and have at least one year of regular independent or studio-based practice. They also accept students who are highly advanced and have options for 300-hour credit.

This is an in-depth course that goes above and beyond what is required to be certified to teach and is created for all those who are interested in changing their lives and in delving deeper into truth, health, and healing. This course is a training that fuses the mind, body, and soul. All ages and backgrounds are welcomed.

You will learn the traditional yogic methodology which views yoga as a lifestyle, a science, and an art. This program combines a detailed and in-depth study of modern asanas (postures) with rich and colorful history and philosophy, as well as the lifestyle of yoga that offers balance and peace for life “off the mat.” Students will learn, practice, and teach a wide range of yoga postures, fully grasping sequencing in Hatha and Vinyasa flows.

Choose a version of this book that resonates with you. There are many versions and translations. Go to your favorite bookstore that carries yoga books and ask to see their selection. Choose the copy that feels the best to you.

  • "2100 Asanas" by Daniel Lacerda

This is a thick book and is not required, however, it offers a vast photographic summary of thousands of yoga poses with excellent reference material and can be a great inspiration for developing creative class sequences.

Course entrance requirements

  • Willingness to let go of what no longer serves you, even if this is uncomfortable at times
  • Acceptance that some of the teachings come through books and lectures, some of the teachings come through music, song, mantra, and meditation, and some of the teachings come in unexpected ways without words at all. You must be open to receiving the lessons in all the ways that they may come to you
  • Past experience with yoga. You should take a minimum of 10 public classes (versus solo or online practice alone) before attending this course and have at least one year of regular independent or studio-based practice. If you have less experience, there are other options so please be in touch
  • Understanding that you will work closely with nature, deep in the forest and nestled into jungles. Sometimes it rains. You will not have training directly on the beach and this is not a vacation. This is a deeply life-changing, challenging, rewarding, and electrifying experience that requires effort and commitment
  • Be willing to see the light in others. Be willing to be grateful. Be willing to let go of ego and be open to something incredible that is bigger than all of us

Molly has been living the practice of yoga for the past 14 years and has a passion for guiding the awakening wild spirit. As an E-RYT 500, she focuses on all aspects of yoga including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and brings these facets together to create a meditative space where people can each dive into the depths of themselves. She has specialty training in Yin and Kundalini yoga, while also loving and working with the transformative fires of Vinyasa. She is a dynamic facilitator, guiding her students to make their own discoveries and realize their own true nature.

Surya is a Dynamic yoga and energy healing teacher, lightworker, sound healing facilitator, intuitive medium, forever student and lover of all things outdoors. She believes that peace on earth is possible, and healing the self shows the way. Through her own healing journey, she has learned to connect deeply with her body, mind, and spirit through yoga and meditation to achieve great insight, healing, and bliss. Retreat locatie

This teacher training program will take place on Big Island, Hawaii, USA. The islands of Hawaii are known as the heart chakra of the earth, where the lava comes up from the center of the planet, where fire meets water, giving birth to a new land and new life. This intense creative feminine energy connects you instantly with the core of creation within yourself. Go for a walk among the native Hawaiian Ohia and Koa trees and get lost in time. You won't want to leave.

Take your slippers off and walk barefoot around this native Hawaiian forest. At Ahu Lani Sanctuary you can enjoy ocean and mountain views and the quiet peace of being nestled within a private 24 acre native Hawaiian Ohia and Koa forest. A peaceful place to relax and live the Aloha spirit, enjoying trees, and birds for neighbors and the breeze as your companion throughout the day.

Ahu Lani is blessed with morning sunshine and afternoon rain showers (typically). At 3,000 feet of elevation, the temperature is cooler but pleasant with the mid to high 80s during the day and high 60s at night. Another perk of this elevation is the lack of bugs and mosquitoes. Enjoy some of the clearest night skies in the world. This land is sacred and will take your breath away.

Eten

During this program, you will have gourmet vegan and gluten-free food, three meals per day plus any snacks required. Please inform Soul Ascension School of Yoga and the Healing Arts of any dietary restrictions. They can accommodate nearly any requirement. On days off, brunch will be prepared for all students, and food will be available in the house for you to make your own dinner or to make dinner together with the other students.
