You will be accommodated in a calm and peaceful luxury villa in Mykonos, South Aegean, Greece. The luxury villa accommodation is provided with Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping service.


Apart from the specific workshop, the experience will include one hour of daily guided meditation, a daily “Awareness and Mindfulness” workshop, 2 daily yoga sessions (morning and afternoon, each lasting 60 minutes) and a daily massage. The duration of the workshop per day is 2 hours.

The specific workshops will include “Relationships and Intimacy” (September 26 - 29, 2017), “Self Love” (September 29 - October 2, 2017), “Freedom of the Illusion of Death” (October 2 - 5, 2017) as well as “Work and Life Balance” (October 5 - 8, 2017).

Note: All kind of drugs is not allowed on this retreat. However, smoking cigarettes is allowed. Also, please take into consideration that there is a strict quiet time after 22:00 since most of the guests wish to relax and sleep after all of these activities.


Mindfulness and Awareness (offered every day in the morning, parallel with all other workshops)

During this workshop, you will be reawakened and exercise the feeling parts of yourself: your intuition, body wisdom, dreams and deep listening. As you re-enliven the parts of your heart that know relationships are far more important than accomplishments, goals or tasks, you will become better partners to yourself, each other and the earth.

If you practice your capacity to be comfortable with vulnerability with uncertainty and attending to the cues as well as clues that surround you, it will help you to become resilient, flexible and adaptive to change. It is about reclaiming the whole of the humanity.

You will find the tools to self-healing and cultivate a better life, enjoying the benefits of wellness next to the sea and plenty of relaxation in your luxury villa in Mykonos. In serene archetypal Mediterranean scenery under the bright Greek sun, you will have the perfect opportunity to feel your body, mind and spirit enliven.

Relationships and Intimacy (September 26 - 29, 2017)

The longing for intimacy is one of the greatest longings you have. It is also one of your greatest fears. This approach will allow you to experience non-cathartic methods to dissolve some of the basic fears that everybody share. You will look at how you relate to different parts of yourself and explore ways to create more loving relationships. As you will become more loving and accepting of yourself, the doors will open to intimacy with others.

Self Love (September 29 - October 2, 2017)

If you totally accepted yourself just as you are without changing anything, would you have any problems? This process will be a beautiful opportunity to gain insight into the ways you reject yourself and to see that you have beliefs as well as fears that stop you from being loving and compassionate with yourself.

Once you have a clear understanding and experience of these inner mechanisms, the old habits of self-rejection as well as doubt will begin to fade away. It will allow you to be open to your intrinsic as well as unique beauty and rediscover your essential value. It will also open the way for positive and loving relationships with others.

Freedom of the Illusion of Death (October 2 - 5, 2017)

In this journey, you will experience how the energies can be liberated from attachments and identifications that create suffering in your lives. You will explore where you stop your energy because of fear of losing somebody or something: the fear of surrender to the unknown. You will also experience and remember how to create an ambiance of loving acceptance around those fears and tensions through techniques as well as meditations.

The energy will be liberated when the relaxation of surrender starts to happen. You will bring this vital energy back to the center using movements, breath and sound. With the totality of this space, you will create a bridge between awareness and love, allowing your energy to move freely and re-connecting with love atmosphere celebrating the beauty and the mystery of life and death.

    Walking and experiencing the path of meditation, love, and awareness is the best way Sheela can define her work and spiritual journey. The journey started very early, with a heart longing to find the truth and understand about life and love. This longing brought her to India and to the spiritual master Osho. Living at the Osho meditation resort has been a great opportunity to learn about herself, about life, and to go deep into the teachings on awareness and meditation. She has been living in India for 17 years working as a therapist and facilitator at the Osho International Meditation Resort.

During this retreat, you will meditate and practice yoga in Mykonos, South Aegean, Greece.
