6-Daagse Luxe Yoga Retraite in Lissabon, Portugal

Enjoy twice daily invigorating Ashtanga flow and Power yoga sessions, each runs for 75 to 90 minutes, in a special studio walking distance from the hotel. Your host and instructor, Shari, will guide you through daily strengthening and invigorating Vinyasa and core lessons in the morning and late afternoon.

All of Sole Yoga Holidays' yoga retreats are open to all-levels, but some yoga experience is recommended to fully enjoy the practice. All equipment is included as well so you have more room in your luggage for treasures!

The first activity is a welcome tapas at 7:30 pm. On departure day, you will have breakfast together on June 8, followed by check-out.

There are three wonderful excursions included in your luxury urban retreat. You will have a private walking tour of Alfama, a labyrinth of narrow streets rich with stories of disasters, invaders, poets, musicians, and artists. Reward yourself with the views of the city from spectacular terraces along the way.

Explore the exquisite and mystical town of Sintra. This incredible location is filled with fairytale palaces and castles and heavenly gardens. You will spend a half-day tour both walking and driving to ensure we see as much of this gorgeous UNESCO world heritage site as possible.

Learn all about the delicious world of Portuguese food and wine on a special tasting in a cozy and rustic wine house in the historic quarter of Lisbon. The evening includes generous portions of the best charcuterie, wood oven-baked bread, house cured olives, select olive oils, fruit preserves and boutique-handmade wines of Portugal. Experts will guide and help you understand the wine regions of Portugal as well as how the Portuguese influenced winemaking throughout the world.

This retreat will take place at Lisbon, Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city.
