This teacher training course at Shree Hari Yoga School is a comprehensive Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour program. The course is designed to initiate and accompany students on their path of yoga and prepare them to teach others. It is a rewarding way to develop a traditional Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and Vinyasa flow practice, awaken your inner teacher, and gain an internationally recognized teaching certification.

You will be accommodated in Yak Bungalows. These are one of the most calm and beautiful bungalows, placed near the fishermen village Bang-Bao Pier and Cliff view. The cottages are simple, cozy, and stylish. Every bungalow is built in Thai style but also equipped with the comforts of the Western world.
One cottage can accommodate up to three people, a maximum of two adults and one child up to the age of 11. You can enjoy beautiful forest views from the veranda and relax in a hammock. Wi-Fi, van, hot showers, bed with mosquito net as well as toilet paper, clean bed linen, and towels will be provided.
Yoga and meditation maintains inner and outer harmony. The program includes history, philosophy, and values of yoga, including Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Upanishads, and Bhagavad-Gita. You will practice alignment-oriented classical Hatha yoga style, detailed teaching of Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, mantras, asanas with their Sanskrit names, pranayama, mudra, bandha, and shatkriya (cleansing techniques).
The program will be accompanied with Western and yogic anatomy, art of teaching, hands-on adjustment, posture lab and alignments, art of sequencing, teaching methodology, theme-based and changing workshops like yoga therapy, Chinese medicine, Aryurveda, and Yin or Yang yoga, and the business aspect of yoga, including yoga school registration and marketing skills.

You will perform yoga daily in the morning and in the afternoon with Shree Hariji. Trataka is kriya and meditation combined. It is an object meditation for deep focusing (dharana) and defocusing (dhyana) with cleansing effect.
