You will spend four nights in a shared cottage that has two bedrooms and an attached toilet - you will be sharing the bathroom, but sleep in separate rooms.

Ontspan, verbind met de natuur en ontgift je lichaamssystemen terwijl je geniet van de natuurlijke omgeving. Of je nu een beginnende of een ervaren yogi bent, bij ons ben je op je plek. Verken de uitlijning van je houding en de vloeiende overgangen vanuit de ene pose naar de andere. In de ochtend geniet je van de energieke en evenwichtige stroom van een ritmische reeks en leer je onbekende ademhalingstechnieken. Voorafgaand aan de middag ervaar je een natuurlijke detox-behandeling die de energiekanalen in je hele lichaamssysteem openzet.

Tijdens de avond geniet je van diepe en meditatieve yogasessies ter versterking van de interne spieren. Je leert eenvoudige en effectieve hulpmiddelen voor het kalmeren van de geest en voor het leiden van een gezonde levensstijl via asana, pranayama en meditatie. Er zal bijzondere aandacht besteed worden aan ieder van jullie op het gebied van voeding. Detox gedefinieerd

De term detoxificatie is er een die vaak wordt geassocieerd met alcohol-, drugs- en middelenmisbruik. Bij ons heeft het betrekking op diëten en gewichtsverlies, in "detox dieet". Buiten deze veelvoorkomende opvatting is ontgifting echter ook een proces gericht op het elimineren van alle negatieve effecten op ons lichaam uit de omgeving, zoals pesticiden, industriechemicaliën, toevoegingen in onze voeding, rook, verontreinigende stoffen of zware metalen. Tegenwoordig wordt interne ontgifting door gezonde mensen omarmt, om zo hun lichaamssystemen in goede staat te houden.

Ontgifting verwijst vooral naar de verwijdering van giftige stoffen en zowel nier- als darmreiniging, omdat deze organen zijn betrokken bij de ontgifting van chemische stoffen en gifstoffen uit het lichaam. Saptrashmi ontgifting wordt uitgevoerd in een verscheidenheid van manieren met yoga, natuurgeneeskunde, en oude Ayurvedische technieken.

Redenen voor detox

Ontgifting is een van de beste manieren om gezond te blijven in een vervuilde en soms giftige omgeving. Dit zijn tekenen dat ontgifting nodig is: onverklaarbare hoofdpijn of rugpijn, het geheugen faalt, broze nagels en haren, last van allergieën, blootstelling aan reinigende oplosmiddelen, pesticiden, diuretica, en bepaalde geneesmiddelen, enz.

Yoga en ontspanning

Een evenwichtige yogapraktijk staat bekend om het verjongen van het lichaam, het verhogen van de vitaliteit en kan de geest trainen om sterk en flexibel te zijn wanneer het in aanraking komt met stress. Natuurlijk genezen

Natuurlijk genezen is een kunst en wetenschap van gezond leven, een medicatieloos systeem van genezing gebaseerd op een goed onderbouwde filosofie. Het heeft haar eigen concept van gezondheid en ziekte en ook elementen voor behandeling. Het fundamentele verschil tussen natuurlijk genezen andere geneeswijzen is dat de theorie en de praktijk bij natuurlijk genezen zijn gebaseerd zijn op een holistische visie waar, zoals de aanpak van de laatstgenoemde, specifiek is .

Op een fysiek niveau, zal je eerst kunnen reinigen, vervolgens voed je alle cellen en weefsels van je lichaam met de elementen en voedende enzymen die ze nodig hebben, waardoor lichamelijk welzijn verbetert. Dit alles helpt je om slim, gezond en vitaal te blijven leven.

Op emotioneel en spiritueel niveau zijn Ayurvedische praktijken één van de oudste, snelste en veiligste manieren voor de vermindering van de spanning en gelijkmatig herstel van het hele systeem. Bijwerkingen

Lichamelijke en emotionele reacties en symptomen zijn onvermijdelijk als je een proces van ontgifting zal gaan doen. Ze komen in golven, vaak duurt dit slechts een paar uur, zelden langer dan een dag, en is altijd aan verandering onderhevig. Wij zijn met jou gedurende het hele proces, om je eraan te herinneren dat dit slechts een deel van het proces is en dat het allemaal over zal gaan.
