Sample schedule

All activities are optional, and timings may vary depending on your needs and preferences.

  • 08:45 Good morning! Rise and shine with fruit juice, coffee and tea.
  • 09:00 Morning meditation or yoga session.
  • 09:30 Breakfast.
  • 10:30 Morning walk and meditation on the beach.
  • 12:00 Group activity and/or free time.
  • 13:00 Lunch.
  • 14:00 Group activity (all activities require no experience, are optional, and may vary depending upon the nature and preferences of the group. Examples include: creative writing, drawing, painting, free dance, yoga, reiki, massage, walking, photography, crafts, etc.). Complimentary massages and reiki are sessions available too.
  • 17:30 Walk to the beach to watch the sun set. Photography, sand art, and meditation. (Campfire and hot chocolate, when the weather allows)
  • 19:00 Dinner time.
  • 20:30 Free time and fun on the beach.
  • 22:00 Candlelit relaxation.
  • Rebecca Jones

    Rebecca is a fully registered and certified clinical and professional hypnotherapist, a transformational coach, and a licensed master NLP practitioner. Trained by Dr. Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna, she is now part of their trusted staff team in London, working with them at seminars and professional trainings. She has studied strategic intervention coaching from the Robbins-Madanes Training Center (Tony Robbins). She is also a certified Reiki master and teacher and a certified EAD teacher. Rebecca runs a thriving hypnotherapy practice in Harley Street, London.

  • Lindsay Bates

    Lindsay is trained in Swedish and Californian massage from the Ecole Azenday in Paris. She is a keen yoga practitioner and a certified dance teacher through Dance Leadership UK. Once a choreographer running her own theater company in Aberdeen, Scotland, Lindsay now continues to study contemporary dance through classes and workshops. She combines these elements to create fun and invigorating active meditation sessions on retreat. Lindsay is also the retreat’s resident chef and is looking forward to sharing her passion for conscious eating and healthy, delicious, home-cooked food.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport ( CDG). Alternatively you can book flights to Paris Airport-Le Bourget (LBG) or Orly Airport (ORY). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Paris St. Cloud will pick you up from the airport.

Arrival by train
