There are three types of properties available which are Garden Cottage, Private Pool Villa and Family Pool Villa.
Garden Cottage
The modern cozy cottage is designed to comfort you as if at home. The room is 25 square meters, it is spacious with large windows providing a view of the scenic tropical garden. The lavatory features are of an elegant design with separate shower and bathtub.
The shared twin room will have twin beds and only people of the same sex are permitted to share the bedroom / garden cottage. Meanwhile, if staying privately in this property, the person has an exclusive use of the garden cottage.

Private Pool Villa
You may indulge yourself with this modern villa featuring a spacious 32 square meters room with a separate shower and tub and a private Jacuzzi pool of 14 square meters beside a romantic outdoor terrace to relax. The place is accompanied by large windows providing an eye soothing view of the serene environment.
Twin beds are available. The shared twin room will have twin beds and only people of the same sex are permitted to share the bedroom / garden cottage.

Weekly schedule
Day 1
- You will arrive at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). You will be picked up at the airport and transported to Narittaya Resort and Spa (times to be agreed).
- 14:00 Check-in time onward
- 17:00 Yoga practice (1 hour optional)
- 18:00 Aromatherapy massage (60 minutes)
- 19:30 Healthy dinner
Day 2
- 07:00 Wake up for healthy morning juices
- 08:00 Meditation and yoga practice (90 minutes)
- 09:30 Healthy breakfast
- 10:30 Foot massage (60 minutes)
- 12:30 Royal Flora Park and (walk up steps to Doi Khan Temple) eat Lunch and practice a few Thai words for the Sunday night market you will need tomorrow
- 17:30 Night Safari with a show
- 20:00 Have dinner
- 22:00 Return to the resort - good night
Day 3
- 07:00 Wake up for healthy morning juices
- 08:00 Meditation and yoga practice (90 minutes)
- 09:30 Healthy breakfast
- 10:30 National Hot Springs
- 12:00-13:00 Lunch + relaxing/swimming in a VERY warm pool with minerals
- 14:30-15:30 Yoga in the ground of the National Hot Springs (60 minutes)
- 17:30 Arrive at Sunday night market
- 19:00 Have dinner - try delicious Thai street food (show off your new Thai bartering / speaking skill)
- 22:00 Return to the resort - good night
Day 4
- 07:00 Wake up for morning juices
- 08:00 Meditation and yoga practice (90 minutes)
- 10:00 Healthy breakfast - following breakfast, group pictures will be taken
- 12:00 Check out time
You will depart the resort to Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) by VIP mini bus.

Ori
Ori is a small business owner living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She is a yoga teacher and a big fan of travel as well as fitness. She has her own yoga studio where she teaches for 5 days a week. Being a full-time mother to a teenage daughter is pretty hectic. Nevertheless, she would like to set a positive example for her child that hard work and determination lead to success.
