You are most welcome to join ONEstudio for their annual yoga and Tantra massage retreat for men on a beautiful hillside tucked away in the heart of Spain. ONEstudio will guide you through various practices to introduce you to the wonders of yoga if you are new or deepen your practice for those with experience. ONEstudio offers teachings and insights into your understanding of yourself and other men in a loving and respectful environment. You will work with asanas (yoga postures), breathing, meditation, movement, dance, touch, massage, and much more. You will be guided by very experienced yoga and massage teachers through a stimulating and very exciting retreat, connecting inwards and outwards. Something you will never forget easily. Caution: This retreat will include Nude yoga.

Tragant Camp is an old chicken farm (XIXth century), an isolated building, completely made of stone. The house has been refurbished and equipped with all modern facilities to enjoy the rural environment. It has a huge spacious studio with a wooden floor. There is a lot of extra space including big terraces, gardens, and hidden places. It is a very private environment and you can make as much noise as you want.
Tragant Camp is divided into two parts, which lay across the street: the main rural house and the farm which has two houses. One house is for the group with the studio. The other is for the owners.
The main rural house can accommodate up to 10 people. This house has five comfortable double rooms with three shared bathrooms, easy access to the kitchen, living room, and swimming pool. Here you can be naked everywhere.
There is the "chicken" farm across the street from the main house. This house has a big dance and yoga studio and has accommodation in a shared dormitory above the studio with two showers. If you cross the street you have to wear something, like a sarong or shorts.
Programma
Date
ONEstudio suggest you arrive in Barcelona on the 24th of August and get settled in. During the afternoon time, there will be a first nude yoga class in TragantDansa at about 18.00. After the class, gather for a drink and some tapas at the beach. The rest of the day you are free to enjoy Barcelona and the beach. Accommodations and transportation in Barcelona are not included in the price. It is possible only to join the retreat in TragantCamp.
The next morning, you will leave together from Barcelona for a week to the countryside at TragantCamp, a brand new space since summer 2015. You will arrive in Lleida on 25th of August 2025. You will come back together on Sunday, 31st August, after breakfast and arrive in Barcelona at 13.00.
Program
This is a full program retreat full of unforgettable workshops and classes with some free time mixed into the schedule so as to have a little downtime. You have a very experienced teacher with a wondrous array of talents guiding you through a stimulating week, connecting inwards and outwards. Something you will never forget easily.
The quiet evenings are usually spent relaxing or talking, chanting, or stargazing. Classes/workshops will be in English and Dutch and can be translated into German.

Instructeurs
Francis Trepels
Francis lives and works in Amsterdam, where ONEstudio for Yoga Massage and Sexological Bodywork is located. He has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Tantra yoga since 1989. He also specializes in sexological bodywork helping men realize their full sexual potential. In addition, he has years of experience in giving and teaching (Ayurvedic), Thai yoga massage, Tantra and Taoist erotic massage techniques. He started his career as a dancer, and graduated at the Theater School of Amsterdam as a performing dancer and is a great admirer of Authentic Movement.
Tom Condon
Tom has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 7 years. He teaches Iyengar, Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and Partner yoga with compassion and humor. Tom is an experienced Thai yoga massage masseur who trained in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and has given over 1000 massages. He is currently based in Singapore but has taught yoga and massage in California, India, Nepal, Spain, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Retreat locatie
After a stay in Barcelona, you go to the countryside approximately a one-hour drive away. In the countryside, it is so rural, with hills and with views on the Pyrenees in the North. It is very, very quiet with no traffic. One morning you go to a nearby medieval village to taste the Spanish culture.
Eten
The meals are prepared by a Spanish cook specializing in vegetarian cuisine and using locally grown organic fruit and vegetables which will vary depending on the season. The quality and creativity of the chef are incredible. One day a paella with some fish is made, the rest of the meals are vegetarian.
The breakfast will contain different kinds of fruit, yogurt, cereals, different kinds of milk like almond and rice, toast, bread, and jam. Coffee, tea, juices.
Lunch and dinner will be served warm. You will eat as far as possible always outside in the main house.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Barcelona Airport (BCN). All transportation costs are not included. On the day of arrival, you can catch a bus from the airport and within half an hour you are in the center of Barcelona.
From the dance studio of TragantDansa in Barcelona you will leave together on Monday morning by taxi-vans which will be about an hour's drive and which will cost about 25 EUR each for one trip.
Participants are advised to arrive 1 day earlier on August 24th so they can transfer from Barcelona together with ONEstudio on the 25th.
