Om Yoga is a beautiful studio with a pool that combines modern living with traditional Moroccan styling and artwork sourced both from the local medina and from as far as the Himalayas. There are 4 private rooms and a shared female room on the site. All have private bathrooms inside the room The offsite accommodation is situated in 100 meters distance from Om Yoga, in a 4 stars hotel on the sea.

Om Yoga Casablanca Yoga Retreat Program

During the yoga and cooking retreat, you can choose the yoga classes in wish you like to participate in. There will be Tour of Hassan II Mosque in one morning at 11AM, and 4 cooking lessons (11.00 - 12.30).

Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga combines traditional mat yoga with postures suspended in soft fabric hammocks. With the help of gravity and the hammocks, we can playfully explore floating, fluid movements and create space in our bodies without compressing our joints and spine. The feeling in the body is exquisite.

Ashtanga 1 - 2

Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915 - 2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures - a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The results are improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Barre au sol

The barre au sol uses the daily exercises of the dancers by using the “barre” for warm-ups before moving to the “middle” which uses traditional ballet techniques.

Upon practicing the barre au sol, the body has the advantage of support surfaces and gravity plays differently on the force exerted on the muscles and joints. The position of sitting or lying down allows the students to focus attention on the alignment of the body and concentrate on parts that are difficult when done standing up.

Barre yoga

Barre yoga is a recently developed training method that combines exercises from ballet, Pilates and power yoga. The course works the entire body, strengthens the legs and arms and tones the abdominal barrier while developing flexibility and balance.

Bikram yoga

Bikram is a wonderful 90-minute workout that improves fitness, flexibility and balance as well as increasing mental alertness and concentration. Each session consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Heat improves circulation, helps eliminate toxins and reduces the risk of injury during stretching. Though it can be challenging, it is open to students of all ages and levels.

The Bikram method was created to help people overcome the increasing stress of modern life and was designed to prevent illness, injury but assist with weight loss and reduce the effects of aging.

Fit flow fly

Fit flow fly was developed from Ashtanga yoga and made famous by Dice and Briohny Smith-Klein. Also called ‘energy yoga’, fit flow fly is a safe way to prepare your body for the challenge of inversions and arm balancing postures.


Pilates is a method of exercising that lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. All exercises are performed in harmony with breathing, concentration and movement control.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is pronounced “chee koong” and means “vital energy drive.” Developed by Dr. Toshihiko Yayama, surgeon and oncologist, Qi Gong is a method that combines mental and physical relaxation to revitalize internal organs. According to its practitioners, Qi Gong is a path of personal development, a welcome source of well-being and rejuvenation.

Vinyasa and hot Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga consists of various sequences of postures. Postures are combined to create a dynamic flow, with focus placed on synchronizing the movement and breathing. Vinyasa develops strength and flexibility, and provides a considerable cardiovascular benefit and increased fitness level to all practitioners.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is suitable for everyone and is practiced mostly on the floor. It consists of twenty postures each held for up to several minutes, during which time the focus is on breathing and meditation.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or "yogi sleep" is a sleep-like state which yogis report to experience during their meditations. Yoga Nidra, lucid sleeping is Nidraong the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.


Lily (Laurine) Martin
Laurine danst in de grootste internationale bedrijven zoals het Engels Ballet, Paris Opera, Bordeaux Opera en Opéra de Nice. Ze is gefascineerd door het discipline van lichaam en geest en ontdekte Bikram Yoga in Casablanca. Het vormt de serie van Ashtanga Flow vanuit de beroemde Briohny Smith en Dice Iida Klein Absolute Yoga Academy, Yin yoga en Acroyoga. Daarnaast deelt Lily haar kennis en liefde voor dansen met kinderen tijdens balletles.
Nabil Scally
Na 15 jaar een actief leven te hebben doorgebracht in Montreal, ontdekte Nabil Scally Bikram yoga en besloot de lerarenopleiding bij College van India (Hawaii) te volgen. Na het afstuderen, gaf hij les in een aantal van de grootste studio's van de Verenigde Staten, met name in Washington. Ondertussen is hij afgestudeerd aan de International School van Chiang Mai Thaise massage. Ingehaald door zijn herkomst, keert Nabil Dan terug naar Marokko met de wens om de discipline van de yoga en de deugden van welzijn te leren begrijpen op een nog onbekend terrein Een uitdaging die al twee jaar duurt.
Aurelie M. Scally
Na vijf jaar ervaring in de wereld van de pers en audovisuele media, ontdekte Aurélie Bikram yoga en werd het haar fysieke mentale discipline. Enthousiast om haar passie te delen in Marokko, zette ze het Om Yoga centrum op samen met haar man Nabil Scaly. Ze begint met een Ashtanga Flow training bij Absolute Yoga Academy in Thailand en werd daar dan ook gecertificeerd door de beroemde Briohny SMith en Dice Lida Klein. Het biedt daarnaast ook cursussen in Acro yoga, kinderyoga en zwangerschapsyoga.
Camila Harris
Afgestudeerd van Design en Mode, komt Camila rechtstreeks uit Canada met twee opeenvolgende trainingen die ze heeft gevolgd in Mysore, India. Ze houdt van deze plek en heeft van de sfeer kunnen genieten gedurende enkele maanden. Gecertificeerd met 200 uur Hatha Yoga met Noah McKenna en 200 uur Ashtanga bij de Yoga School in Mystic, India, doceerde ze aan de Om Yoga sinds September 2015.
Kayla Ankeny
Kayla is een gepassioneerde artiest door beweging en muziek. Getraind met verschillende technieken van yoga en gespecialiseerd in Vinyasa, onderwijst ze in yoga en massagetherapie voor meer dan 10 jaar. Sinds 2005 trainde ze samen met master Dotour voor ASCAB Capoiera om haar de technieken voor deze Braziliaanse te verbeteren. Gepassioneerd over dansen, volgt ze ook een choreografie training bij Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York en verkreeg ze haar BFA in dansen bij Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Tucked away in the winding idyllic palm tree-lined streets of Anfa, this stunning white Mediterranean style villa provides a relaxing and luxurious environment to call home for the duration of your stay.

The Om Yoga Center is located 100 meters from the beach and just two kilometers away from the city. Surrounded by a lush green garden, the retreat contains a spacious modern studio that overlooks a beautiful pool and outdoor recreation area in which to relax and unwind under the Moroccan sun. The main salon is fitted with lush comfortable lounges to enjoy a refreshing herbal tea and chat with fellow practitioners and teachers alike after a class.
