You will be accommodated in the pleasant budget hotel located in the spiritual ambience of the Swargashram area of Rishikesh. You can choose from private and double rooms with an attached bathroom with the facility of both hot and cold water. The rooms are neat and clean, with fine antiques, carpets and paintings with proper ventilation. Training outline

The modules of the yoga training program have been selected carefully to develop sufficient practice in all the aspects of yoga practice in addition to the philosophical aspects of the study of yoga. The curriculum of practical training in yoga will be primarily focused of personal asana practice and the methods of teaching asanas in the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.

The primary series consists of more than 56 asanas with variations which are linked with the pattern of Vinaysa based on the combination of breath and movement. During the course time in the teaching methodology and practicum sessions, students will be taught to give adjustments and to assist other students in deepening their postures and practice.

The practical classes on asana will be both in Mysore style and as well as in the led class system which provide sufficient space for individual practice along with detailed instruction on each of the postures in the series, including their names in Sanskrit language.

The basic principles of the Vinyasa system, such as Nava Drishti (The Nine Points of Gazing), the concept of shwasa in Ujjayee pranayama and the practice and applications of bandhs (three type locks) in the practice of asana and pranayama (breathing techniques) are included as the essential elements of the practical system.

The course curriculum also includes the basic study of health concepts in Ayurveda and yoga as therapy, meditation, and relaxation techniques and principles of healthy living in yoga for a healthy lifestyle. The philosophy of yoga and Bhagavad Gita and the applied anatomy and physiology which are relevant to yoga practices are introduced to the students during the course time.

The main objective of the teacher training program is to make you a confident and effective yoga teacher. At the end of the course, you will gain sufficient proficiency in the practice of teaching yoga classes with confidence. The trainees have the opportunity to teach, assist and give adjustments.

The ample teaching opportunities of the yoga class teaching practice will help students to deepen the art of teaching and practice. Participants will dive deep into the depth of the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice by understanding the principles and practice of its teaching techniques.

An intensive daily schedule is designed to fulfill the objectives of the 200-hours curriculum of the yoga teacher training program over a period of four weeks. A typical day during this yoga training program is as follows:
