Join this awakening retreat while staying in the wonderful seaview location with all meals included. You will take part in "Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Training" workshops for stress reduction and 21 hours of workshops and guided meditations to develop greater awareness and presence. You will have an opportunity to learn how to take care of yourself through self-care and maintain your practice for a low-stress life. Yoga sessions will also be available twice a day.

Dua House sleeps six people (with two people sharing). Meaning ‘prayer’ or ‘blessing’, Dua House is built in a colonial Arabic style, allowing the sea breezes to flow through spacious cool interiors. There are two sun terraces for power-tanning; one facing the moonrise and one the sunset. You have an interior sunken lounge for watching films or chilling, and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to bring your own or do some self-catering.
Poa House also sleeps six people (in three separate rooms, also two people sharing) and has a cool modern look, designed for flexibility and privacy. Upstairs, the suite has a private rooftop sun terrace as well as its own sunset lounge-bar. Downstairs, the private double rooms step straight out onto the beach.
In this retreat, you will experience 20+ hours of pre-breakfast, daytime, and pre-dinner guided meditation and mindfulness workshops with twice daily sessions of Hatha, Ashatanga or Yin yoga, or mindful movement. No experience of mindfulness or meditation and yoga is required. You will take part in "Mindfulness Based Cognitive Training" workshops for stress reduction.

After 20 years in human resources, interior design, and teaching, Anna started her training in mindfulness with Tessa Watt of Being Mindful. She was then trained with the MiSP to teach mindfulness to children aged 7 to 18, before training with Doctor Patrizia Collard to teach Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy to adults. She has taught over 1,300 children and adults in and around South London. Anna also practices Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga, and bio-energetics and uses mindful movement in her workshops.
This retreat will take place at Hodi Hodi Zanzibar Beach Houses in Tanzania.
