This training is for those who want to go a step further and be a yoga teacher or those who feel the desire to develop their knowledge and their personal practice.
You will experience 26 intense days of yoga courses and practice as a whole to explore, study, share, understand and reach out for this resource you have inside of you to start teaching on your own the benefits of yoga.

The venue for this training is located directly on the beach. It consists of 12 ecological huts of bamboo with a double bed and a private bathroom. The accommodation is shared with a person of the same gender or is available in private occupation.
The venue’s facilities are: free WIFI, 24 hours security guard service, meditation center, large communal area. The yoga room for your classes is on site, as well as the restaurant that serves the vegetarian meals included in the price of your retreat. This allows greater comfort and total concentration on the intention for this month of training together while having the luxury to enjoy the beach during your free time.
The purpose of this training is to show you how yoga can change your life and bring you all the keys to become an attentive and inspiring teacher for your future students.
Beyond the physical aspect and the essential practice of asanas (postures) twice a day, a great importance is given to the theoretical part of yoga. To do so, the yoga’s philosophy is taught as it was written thousands of years ago (yoga sutras).
The anatomy is taught so that you will have a better knowledge of the human body, its possibilities and its sensitive areas for you to offer safer sessions to your students.
You will study in detail the "pranayama" (breathing techniques), essential to the practice and for teaching of yoga.
You will also learn how to build a course as a whole during methodology courses and how to adjust and align your students to help them understand each posture without getting hurt and to go further if they are ready.
Finally, you will learn about meditation and chanting mantras for the more spiritual part of the training, allowing you to discover the benefits of healing and reconnect to yourself so you can transmit it to your own students.
At the end of the training, and after passing the exams successfully, you will get a RYT certificate by Yoga Alliance, allowing you to teach yoga. It is recognized around the world.
Note: This training is intense and requires a real motivation. Whatever is your motivation, become a teacher or enrich your personal practice and knowledge, it is imperative that you attend all classes and respect teachers, school rules and schedules in order to be eligible for the teacher degree.

Delphine a débuté le yoga à Paris. Mais le vrai déclic se fit lors d’un séjour en Inde. Une fois rentrée en France, elle prit des cours de Power yoga et adora la créativité et le dynamisme de ce style de yoga. Elle décida de retourner en Inde pour s’y former en tant que professeur lors d’une formation de 200 heures dans une école multi-style certifiée Yoga Alliance dans le Nord de Goa. Elle enseigna ensuite à Paris des cours particuliers et en groupe. Elle repart quelques mois plus tard en Inde pour faire une formation 90 heures certifiée Yoga Alliance en Yoga prénatal dans le Kerala.
India is where yoga was born and there is no better place to immerse yourself. While the western’s approach to yoga is more like a sport, India managed to keep the authenticity of this 5000 years old practice and pass it on from generation to generation.
Goa is a high touristic place in India thanks to its countless beaches filled with coconut trees and its cool and friendly vibes. Arambol is the most popular beach in North Goa, offering a lot of activities, training courses and yoga workshops, meditation, dance, personal development, therapy, concerts and shows. There is a community of Westerners from all around the world who live here 6 months a year. Among them, you will find yogis, musicians, artists, therapists, hippies and confirmed travelers.
Three vegetarian meals will be served from Monday morning to Saturday morning. They are prepared on-site by a cook who knows how to combine the Indian flavors (tasty but not too spicy for the sensitive taste buds!) and a balanced diet to keep you in shape during your training. Breakfast is served at 9:30 am after the morning practice, lunch at 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:30 pm. Meals are taken on the spot, so you don’t have to go anywhere. You have the freedom to explore other restaurants in the surrounding area during your free time, from Saturday afternoon to Sunday evening included. The team will be happy to inform you about their favorite places, don't worry! The yogic diet is a vegetarian diet only and is without alcohol. India is a mostly vegetarian country, so delicious options abound here, you will not be disappointed. It is strongly recommended to maintain this diet and don't smoke (or use drugs) during the training, even during your free time out of the school.
