During this retreat, you will be staying in two town houses, depending on larger groups. The accommodation sleeps from six up to ten people in the three bedrooms and private bathrooms. During your stay, you will be presented with a stunning sunset view over Tampa Bay and a direct waterfront gulf access.
The first town house is an elegant newly built house located at a private beach, with luxury waterfront and gulf access. The house sleeps up to eight adults, and consists of three newly built bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room has one queen bed, one sleep sofa or futon, and one queen sofa bed. The first bedroom has two double beds, the second bedroom has one queen size bed, while the third bedroom has one king size bed.
The second town house is also an elegant newly built house located at a private beach. The house sleeps two to six people and consists of two bedrooms and one and a half bathroom. The master bedroom consists of a large queen size bed, the second bedroom has one double bed and two twin beds, while the living room has one queen size sofa bed and one sleep sofa or futon. Each room is equipped with LCD television.
Your private yoga sessions will consist of your choice of yoga style infused with Thai massage and hands-on adjustments, technique, and alignment work in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, or Ashtanga.
Your yoga sessions will be conducted with bolsters, aromatherapy, and sound healing. A deeply healing and relaxing practice based on stillness. You will surrender into completely supported poses with very little movement. This is best for healing injuries, reducing stress, and overcoming fatigue. You will release stress stored deep within the body and leave feeling renewed and recharged.
There is no physical effort. Rest your mind and body supported by props as you are taken on a journey within. Great for stress, insomnia, and to simply recharge.
A class that is specifically designed to work with your body. Poses that are geared towards healing an injury or illness you are working on. This may include alternative healing modalities in addition to your yoga postures. It can also be a blend of any of the yoga styles.
This is therapeutic in nature. Moving at a perfectly slower pace, you will be able to connect more deeply with every posture. Expect lots of relaxing deep stretches as well as meditative and breathing techniques. Stress and tension will simply melt away.
This will still be a gentle and healing session, you will begin to explore standing postures as well. Your breath will be your guide as you flow from one pose to another pose. Slowly warming the body and diving deep into more flexibility, you will finally release the tension and stress in the mind.
This session will get your heart pumping but then use the breath to calm it back down. Perfect for increasing your strength and flexibility. After all of your hard work, there is a yummy deep relaxation at the end.
This is a Hatha-based meditative practice that unites movement with breath which aims at the purification of the mind and body. Ashtanga yoga is the source of most Vinyasa, power, and flow style yogas popular in the West today. The Mysore style allows students to practice a set series of postures at their own pace while being supervised and adjusted by a teacher.
This is done through chanting, song, didgeridoo, Tibetan bowl healing, singing bowls, and music instrument. The sound will tune to the chakras to bring peace and balance into the mind, body, and spirit.

Koko is a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT and 300 RYT registered yoga teacher who specializes in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. She has studied and practiced yoga, meditation, and intuitive arts for six years in many styles. Koko believes these practices are the greatest gifts one can give to oneself and others.
This retreat will be held at an exclusive 125-acre Caribbean-style waterfront community with a half-a-mile private beach and a private four-star hotel resort at Bahia Beach, Tampa Bay. The upscale luxury town home that you will be staying in will give you the perfect chance to relax in total tranquility surrounded by calm island breezes and clear blue water.
You will be offered only the best properties that the area has to offer. Enjoy luxurious beaches ocean accommodations and sunny weather, overlooking majestic sunsets on the Atlantic Ocean.
Meals are not included in the package. Even though, daily meals can be arranged at additional costs. A private chef can prepare Ayurveda-based meals for you, if you wish. Additionally, there are also waterfront restaurants located nearby, so you can explore which option you would like the best.
During your free time, you can enjoy kayaking, live music, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, or kitesurfing. You can also experience stand up paddle boarding, and go dolphin watching, parasailing, paragliding, water skiing, or jet skiing. Alternatively, you can go on nature and wildlife tours, shopping, or you might want to sign up for cultural tours, visit theater and concerts, or relax in sunset cruises.
One complimentary massage will be given as part of the package. There are also varieties of massage therapy, healing, and Reiki sessions available to add to your package upon request. These include massages and healing sessions, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, Kinesio tape therapy, medical massage, Neuromuscular massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, Thai massage, and therapeutic touch.
