You have have two accommodation options to choose from

  • Single hut in Hostel
  • Twin share hut in Hostel

Both have attached bathrooms with toilets and showers. There is a fan in every room. Kashish Yoga provides mosquito nets as well. Housekeeping shall be done on a weekly basis. Hot water is available on request. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited within hostel premises.

Beach is located 2 miles from the hostel. 3-wheelers are also easily available. You can also hire a scooter to easily visit further afield.

Kashish Yoga offers daily Ashtanga-Hatha yoga, and meditation classes. The morning class ranges from Hatha yoga to more active Vinyasa-Ashtanga yoga based on your needs. You can be busy from dawn to dusk or have a more leisurely schedule. Have peace for the mind, refreshing energy for the body, boost your practice by taking the time to go deeper and be more relaxed and refreshed than you’ve ever been.

Beginners to more experienced feel comfortable facing themselves and their reasons for coming on a personalized retreat. Be in an environment where you can focus and make a commitment to your well being.

    Akhilesh is an E-RYT 500-hours yoga instructor with a decade of yoga teaching experience in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. In his classes, he loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a bit of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. He seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind, and soul with yoga. His hope is that people step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

    Adriana’s approach to the asana technique is focusing on the architecture of the pose encouraging the student to find the precision of the alignment within the expression of their own body. Also, she embraces the multi-dimensional and evolutionary aspect of yoga, incorporating it in all aspects of her life, from practicing and teaching to her everyday interactions with others. She has had an extensive yoga education with teachers coming from both traditional and experimental approaches: Eileen Gauthier, Rolf Naujokat, Ian Lewis, Duncan Wong and The Yoga People.

    Susheel started walking on his yoga path more than 12 years ago. After an initial few classes, he delved deeper into traditional Hatha yoga courses at the School of Yoga (Hyderabad University) and later got himself certified by the Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa style. Ever since then, he has always been thrilled to experience new dimensions of yoga. He has taken up the mission to impart this venerable yogic lifestyle to the people who wish to adapt a healthy and conscious living. He teaches Hatha, vinyasa style of yoga along with meditation and yoga philosophy.

Tropical weather and multi cultural atmosphere has attracted the travelers from all around the world to this pearl bounded by the Arabian Sea in western India. Goa was originally a Portuguese colony before 1961. You can still feel some of the Portuguese architectural heritage and some Portuguese influence in Goan cuisine.

The climate of Goa is always pleasant throughout the year with temperatures ranging from 24 to 29 degrees. It’s the only state of India which offers lush green and smooth roads away from pollution and chaos. The best time to visit Goa is from October to April. Affordable international and domestic flights are easy to find.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (GOI). Kashish Yoga can arrange an airport transfer for 25 EUR.

Arrival by bus

The Canacona bus stand is 15 minutes away from the school. Buses from Mumbai and Bangalore are available for Canacona.

Arrival by train

You can also reach Patnem by train. The nearest station is in Canacona, although main train services stop at Margao station, which is approximately one hour away.
