    At an elevation of 2,968 meters (9,738 feet) at the confluence of the Pawayuq stream and the Willkanuta River, Wasi'pi Kasany makes this a world-renowned sacred place known in English as the dwelling of the heart. This very location is one of the seven chakras or main energy centers specifically the second or sacral chakra of the earth.

    Spectacular views of the holy Inca Valley, tranquillity, and nature make for a perfect setting for yoga retreats and teacher training with cozy and tastefully decorated interiors directly inspired by the ancient traditions and designs. With gardens, fruit trees, plenty of common areas, and a sauna, this place is a universe in itself.


    Once registration is made, Kalpāna Radhika Yoga provide comprehensive manuals in hard copy and PDF format so you can study anywhere at anytime from your computer or from the work book. The manuals contains all course material ranging from asana, therapeutic and and contraindications of asana, yogic energetics, yoga sutras, yoga philosophy, Sanskrit and mantra study, chakras, self mastery, anatomy, teaching prompts and more.


    Methodology consists of learning practical hands on adjustments of asana and developing your empowered voice as a teacher and guide. You will have the opportunity to teach daily and develop your own creative sequence that enables you to support people at varying levels.

    Physical practice

    The morning practice gives you a solid foundation in the Ashtanga vinyasa primary series based practice with a focus on mindful movement, alignment and correct breathing. Results driven and suitable for all levels our teachers share their expertise in giving individualised attention to encourage optimum progress. Daily workshops in handstands, arm balances. Inversions and body conditioning give you a deeper understanding of how to move safely through progressive physical practices and classes are modified to suit all levels. You will graduate with an understanding of how to help others progress no matter what level their practice. Yin yoga is the last class of each day giving you an understanding and nurturing experience of restorative practices.


    A combination of balancing, cooling and heating pranayama techniques are taught daily to give you a broad understanding and experiential relationship with the spectrum of breath techniques. A focus of the ashtanga based practice is Ujjayi breathing and this will be a predominant focus throughout the morning practices also.


    Along with an in-depth study of the eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga is the Sutras of Patanjali. The timeless teachings of Yogas ancient wisdom beyond the yoga sutras are rarely taught today, however on this programme you will learn of this rare and transformational knowledge. These classes can present a clearer perspective of the nature of existence, according to yogic science, illuminating a greater sense of personal power and purpose.

    Mantra and Sanskrit studies

    Timeless Yogic mantras are taught giving you more knowledge and understanding of yogas lineage and you will be shown how you can incorporate these into the classes you teach.

    Yoga anatomy

    Foundational understanding of anatomical structures and systems are taught with a focus on a detailed anatomy of breathing as well as insight into Ayurveda, and the energetic layers / koshas, all revolving on how this knowledge relates to yoga practice.

      De lessen van Radhika komen voort uit haar 20-jarige ervaring in het ontdekken, bestuderen en onderwijzen van yoga in India. Haar meest dominante stijl is Ashtanga Vinyasa, gericht op optimale ademhaling en bewuste ´alignment´. Haar studenten genieten van haar deskundigheid, omdat ze zich richt op hun individuele behoeftes. Daarnaast was Radhika de leidende yogatherapeut voor de Olympische atleten van Nieuw-Zeeland, de politie van Australië en werkte ze als model voor de prominente Yoga Woman film. Ze richtte Kalpāna Radhika Yoga op en heeft 25 yoga docentenopleidingen georganiseerd in India, Bali en Thailand.
