    This yoga teacher training course is for anyone with three to six months minimum consistent yoga practice wanting to learn how to teach in a confident, knowledgeable, and empowered way. This training is also for those wanting to deepen their practice and learn the history, depth, and magical transformations of yoga and meditation.

    You will receive hands-on training from incredibly well-trained teachers in adjustments, alignment, sequence-planning, Hatha and Vinyasa sequencing, modifications, philosophy, history, and so much more. Learn how to live fully and artfully in every moment, heal your life and others lives, let go of attachments and false beliefs, and rise up into your fullest truest self.     You will learn in the traditional yogic methodology, which views yoga as a lifestyle, a science, and an art. A detailed and in-depth study of modern asanas with rich and colorful history and philosophy, as well as the lifestyle of yoga that offers balance and peace for life off the mat. Students will learn, practice, and teach a wide range of yoga postures, fully grasping sequencing in Hatha and Vinyasa flows.

    There is ample opportunity to deepen your understanding of prana, healing, and spirituality, woven into the course with anatomy, sequence and breath, all in a space that offers the multi-faceted teachings of yoga while honoring and respecting all religious backgrounds and beliefs.

    With an opportunity for extra study in energy healing and how to apply it directly to the work and life of a yoga teacher, as well the option of a raw, vegan or gluten-free meal plan during your learning experience.

As a certified yoga teacher, owner of Florida Keys Retreats, owner of Full Circle Wellness in Big Pine Key, Florida, owner of Full Circle School of Yoga and Intuitive Arts, a certified paddleboard yoga instructor, Reiki level II practitioner, and teacher of kids yoga and meditation classes, Jolie is ever delving deeper into these passions.

His teachings illuminate alignment and inner strength, allowing a functional approach to poses, offering a hearty mix of Anusara and Vinyasa yoga and Functional Movement with surprising degree of personal attention to large groups.

      Rachael is a music-obsessed, travel-loving yogi with a strong passion for raising the vibration. Her teaching is powerful and inspirational. Each of her classes includes challenge, laughter, fear exercises and play. She is a solid advocate for cultivating radical self love. This idea means stepping into your greatness and owning your unique power. She has been an athlete for years and through yoga has learned to lengthen her body while simultaneously building strength. She learned how to combat fear on her mat and overcome habitual thought patterns.

      Emily Hughes E-RYT 200 RYT 500 ​Ayurvedic Specialist ​SUP Yoga Instructor Emily discovered yoga as therapy for her body after sustaining a serious spinal injury while competing in marathons.  It didn’t take long for the internal benefits of yoga to come through and start to change every aspect of how Emily lived her fast-paced life. Emily earned her RYT 200 at Intentional Yoga in Kalamazoo, MI.  She then attained her CPR/First Aid/AED certification through The American Red Cross and gained her SUP Yoga certification through Yen Yoga and Fitness in beautiful Traverse City, MI.  

    This yoga teacher training retreat will take place on the beautiful beach island with sparkling waters of Satellite Beach Florida USA.

    Meals are not included in tuition. A meal plan is provided Monday to Friday for three weeks and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 799 USD. The meal plan is vegan, gluten-free, mostly organic, and designed to help you cleanse and bring you into your brightest and healthiest self. Full Circle Wellness makes sure your protein requirements are met with protein-infused plant-based smoothies, nuts, beans, and whole grains. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions please let Full Circle Wellness know your needs two weeks prior to day one of your training. Full Circle Wellness highly encourages this meal plan as you receive so much nutritionally, and you save so much time and energy not having to shop and cook for yourself.

    If you are on the meal plan, breakfast is brought to you each morning consisting of a protein-infused smoothie or juice and some snacking nuts and dried fruits for mid-morning. If you are not on the meal plan you will need to bring some healthy things and snacks to make it through the morning, a yoga class, and up until you break for lunch in the 12-1 time frame. Please, no alcohol, junk food, dairy, sugar, gluten, non-organic meat, sodas, energy drinks or things of that nature in the studio or in the YTT student homes. Lunch consists of your choice each day from the health food store next door to the studio. You have a daily choice of wrap, soup with optional brown rice, or salad. Here are some of the menu and special items;

    • Avocado melt with vegan cheese
    • Burrito special
    • Hummus avocado wrap
    • Veggie salad with avocado and hummus.

    All of these options are vegan and gluten-free. You can eat your lunch in the studio or out back in the health food store garden. Dinner is made fresh daily at the health food store. You may also order any of the lunch items for dinner if the daily dinner choice does not appeal to you.

    If for any reason you choose to come off the meal plan, Full Circle School needs a 48-hour notice. They will refund the remainder meal plan balance left after 48 hours. Tips are not required but certainly appreciated for the staff that prepares your meals. You are requested to eat and live as cleanly as possible during this time, Full Circle School will help you with what that means. In fact taking the time up until the training to start eliminating dairy, gluten, sugar, processed foods, meat, and alcohol will help you avoid detox symptoms while here.
