Southern Utah native Mary Susan Stults has been practicing yoga for over 18 years, since she was a teen. Many describe her energy as contagious and find her nurturing and patient style of teaching to be welcoming and supportive. She fuses her yoga, meditation, SUP, and SUP yoga classes and workshops with her grounded yet light-hearted nature. For her, being a student of the practice of yoga is as important as being a teacher. When she is not working and teaching herself, you can find her in a teacher training or yoga intensive somewhere around the world with her forever teacher, Maty Ezraty.
This SUP yoga retreat will take place in Estes Park, Colorado, USA.
The price includes daily vegetarian breakfast. Welcome dinner out is also included with alcohol and dessert at your own cost.
The group will revel in relaxation and slow down to enjoy the cabin grounds to the fullest from napping in the hammock, swinging, practicing yoga outdoors with a view of Long's Peak, fires in the fireplace, get into a little drawing or have lunch at the flagstone outdoor dining table, or take a walk on one of the trails that can begin a stone's throw from the cabin.
You can venture into town for dinners or you can cook and grill at the cabin. The group also will head to the historic Stanley Hotel for an optional post-hiking happy hour for a beer, cocktail, or glass of wine.
