Villa Diosas is the private sanctuary home of Heidi Michelle in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. A slice of heaven, tucked away in the jungle, visited daily by scarlet macaws, monkeys, and an assortment of local wildlife, this is a stunning tropical retreat. Purchased and renovated by two adventurous yogis in 2016, the villa offers a private, luxurious setting for your enjoyment, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
The penthouse villa features two master suites with queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, and grand room. With a personal chef, lounge-worthy private swimming pool, large wrap-around veranda, and open-air living space, you will be nurtured and secluded in order to devote your time and energies to the study and practice of yoga and the yogic lifestyle.

With Heidi Michelle’s 20 years experience on personal awareness and yoga training, you will learn simple meditation techniques that you can immediately sprinkle into your daily routine in order to reduce stress, unwind tension, increase focus, concentration, and your overall sense of well-being.

Villa Diosas is a ten-minute drive to one of Costa Rica’s most stunning beaches with world-renowned surf, 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, and within an hour from a variety of Heidi Michelle’s most favorite destinations.
Manuel Antonio is one of the most visited tourist destinations of all Costa Rica's national park and reserve system. The Manuel Antonio National Park is a small biological peninsula found within an area devoted to different productive activities, such as agriculture, cattle, and high tourism development. It is one of the country’s most scenic and beautiful national parks.
The park habitat consists of primary and secondary forest, the most characteristic species of flora in the primary forest are guácimo colorado (luehea seemannii), pilón (hieromyna alchomeoides), cedro maría (calophyllum longifolium), guapinol blanco (hymeneae courbaril), surá (terminalia oblonga), guapinol negro or stinkingtoe (cynometra hemitomophyla), lechoso (cow tree / brosimum utile), cenízaro (pithecelobium saman), and ceiba (silk cotton tree). Of its most important fauna, you will find the raccoon, coatamundi, agouti, two-toed sloth, the white-faced, and squirrel monkey.
You will be served two gourmet vegetarian meals per day depending upon day’s activities. The cook can provide you meat choices or other dietary requirements meals. Furthermore, alcoholic beverages are available pre-orders through Villa Diosas.

Please arrange your flight to arrive at the Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) no later than 1 p.m. on the first day of your retreat to allow adequate time for customs, luggage retrieval, and transport. Please also arrange your departure flight for 7 p.m. or later on the final day of your retreat.
Airport ground transportation ranges from 15 USD (public bus) to 165 USD (private shuttle). You can take public bus transportation from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) to the town of Quepos then a taxi to Villa Diosas in Manuel Antonio for approximately 15 USD. You can also take a group shuttle for 55 USD per person departing Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) at approximately 3.30 p.m. Furthermore, if you want to take a private shuttle, it is available for 165 USD per person.
