Throughout this retreat, you will stay at a beautiful, tropical seaside bungalow nestled in the cliff tops of the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Having trouble balancing anxiety, stress, and fear? Through powerful group facilitation you will get a clear understanding of the negative beliefs that are holding you back from being the most confident, anxiety-free, fearless, and courageous version of yourself.

Having trouble sticking with a spiritual practice? You will be guided into some basic practices that can be applied at any time of day and inspire you to reclaim a practice that is possible to stay consistent in the fast pace, busy world.

Can’t seem to be able to bring your body to a fit, healthy condition? With daily yoga sessions and healthy plant-based meals you will quickly feel lighter and more energetic. There will be an opportunity for you to sign up for a 3-day juice cleanse during the retreat as well.

Ready to reboot and revive? Every day during the retreat, you’ll have access to booking with Joy for her conscious intuitive bodywork, Thai massages, reflexology, gentle yoga, relaxing beach time, and simple but powerful techniques for quickly replacing those layers of stress, fatigue and overwhelm with lifetime habits of relaxation and self-care. You'll also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Brandon as well for a deep, powerful and transformative healing session. These one-on-one sessions combine discussion, yoga, breath, crystal healing, reiki, and other various types of healing unique to your needs.

You'll start your day with an early morning, powerful Kundalini practice, followed by the day's intention. There will also be a daily mix of workshop-based exercises that have wonderful reprogramming effects for the mind. You will end the day with grounding Yin yoga that allows the body to come to a state of integration. You'll love this practice, all levels are welcome!

  • Brandon Spratt

    Brandon’s spiritual journey began in 2014 when he lost everything and became homeless. Karma caught up with him and it was time to learn some very harsh lessons about the reality of life. Bouncing around, lost and aimless, Brandon stumbled upon a Kundalini yoga studio and thus the healing really began. Sacrificing a home to live in, Brandon decided to commit to a teacher training program and scraped up money by Ubering and being a personal assistant to get back on his feet. Now a KRI Certified Graduate, Brandon has aligned with his purpose as a full-time teacher to uplift and inspire.

  • Joy Maziar

    Joy's healing journey began early in life. She is deeply humbled to share these gifts of transformative touch and alternative medicine in a combination of techniques including myofascial release, Reiki, cupping therapy, and essential oil plant medicine. Through more than ten dedicated years of healing bodywork experience, she has discovered and nurtured many tools and gifts that she now believes are her ‘superpowers’.

The location of the retreat is on a remote part of Koh Phangan, Thailand. It’s a very rustic part of Thailand - there will be bugs and lots of walking. This part of the island has no main roads, no taxis, and no motorbikes for transportation.

During this retreat, you will be provided half-board vegetarian or vegan meals. Lunches are not included to allow flexibility. There will be an opportunity for you to sign up for a three-day juice cleanse during the retreat as well.

Please book your flight to arrive at Samui International Airport (USM).

Please note that you must arrive at the airport on March 24, 2018 before 13:00 so you can get a ferry boat ride at 16:30, which is the last ferry ride of the day.

Arrival by boat

  • From the airport, get a taxi ride to the Bangrak Pier.
  • At the Bangrak Pier, purchase a ferry boat ticket to Thong Sala Pier, Koh Phangan.
  • Once on Thong Sala Pier, Koh Phangan, get a taxi to Haad Rin Pier.
  • From the Haad Rin Pier get on a small blue boat to "The Sanctuary Thailand".
