What can you expect from a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in Portugal?

The 200-hour yoga teacher training course will give you everything you need to step into the teaching arena, whether it's to practice with friends and family, lead a private class, or teach publicly.

These courses can take anywhere from 15 to 26 days. The longer the training, the less intense it’ll be and you’ll have more time for yourself and to enjoy the surroundings.

Half of the 200 hours is dedicated to asana practice, and you can expect morning and afternoon yoga classes. There will also be meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, mantra, and mudra practice. The other half is dedicated to yoga philosophy, history, teachings, and anatomy. You’ll also learn how to structure your own classes and practice teaching to the other students.
