Each room for your stay at Nosara Retreat is uniquely designed to offer an atmosphere of casual coziness, comfort and convenience. Colorful ceramic nightlights adorn the balconies and terraces. Wood lamps crafted by local artisans rest on bedside tables. All rooms have fans and plenty of windows, fresh ocean air, private bathrooms, hot water showers and Wi-Fi. Most rooms include a double and a single bed.
This retreat will take place in Nosara, Costa Rica. There is a nearby beach that is just a 3-minute walk away from the retreat center.

Martin Becker is a certified AcroYoga teacher. In 2014, he completed his advanced teacher training studies with Doug Swenson, one of the most experienced yoga teachers with more than 40 years of teaching experience. Martin has taught more than 3000 classes to students from all skill levels together with his wife. He also runs training programs for yoga teachers. He holds the E-RYT 500 designation, the highest credential for yoga teachers from Yoga Alliance. Martin is the president of yogacommunity.ch, a non-profit organization based in Basel, Switzerland.
Vanessa began her daily Ashtanga yoga practice with senior teachers Steve Dwelley and Michele Nichols in 2000. After that, she traveled to India to study directly with the founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. In University, she focused her studies on South East Asian Religion to delve more deeply into the roots of yoga and yoga philosophy. She has studied with a number of senior Ashtanga teachers in California and New York, including Maty Ezraty, under whom she recently completed her Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification (RYT200).
