Swami Deva Arhato (Shashi) is a yogi, tantrica, and shaman. Since his childhood days, he was more interested in spiritual practices, particularly Hatha yoga, Vedas, Upanishads, then academic studies. In 2006, he started Mystic School, which has been renamed as Nirvana Yoga Shala, where under his spiritual guidance, the center offers Ashtanga, Hatha, Tantra yoga teacher training courses, regular classes of Ashtanga, Hatha, pranayama, meditations, Reiki and Munay Ki healing, singing bowls healing, past life regression sessions, and training.

Mother of a two-year-old daughter, the path of Yoga for Shilpa was not a smooth terrain. Born in a poor family, her father being a Tuk Tuk driver at outskirt of Mysore. She studied Iyengar yoga, Hatha yoga, and Ashtanga yoga at various school around Mysore and teaching school kids in a few educational institutions. She completed yoga teacher training from Vivekananda Yoga center Mysore and is Diploma in yoga therapy from Indian school of yoga, Bengaluru. She also completed the 500-Hour Yoga Alliance USA certification at Nirvana Yoga Shala.

Stella is a yoga practitioner working at Nirvana Yoga Shala teaching Kundalini yoga, Tantra Yoga, Bhakti, Meditation, Pranayama. She completed several Trainings in yoga: Hatha yoga, traditional Tantra yoga, Kundalini yoga, (Traditional Kundalini yoga), also Nada yoga, Bhakti, and kirtan. Her background in shamanism and healing energy makes her classes full of knowledge about the flow of energy and the chakra system. Kundalini classes are dynamic, positive, and assist in profound transformations. She is passionate about teaching, her classes focus on the practice of teaching developing skills.

"Nirvana. A beautiful school of yoga"

Beautiful school, close to the main road with all the facilities you need. All the people working there are beautiful and very truthful.

Love the meditation and pranayama with the owner, shashi who is very generous and love sharing is knowledge. He likes to see people confortable. And try always is best to make everyone happy.

I also learned so much of asanas with surya who is a very good practitioner.

Also enjoy the food and the swimming pool on the roof top.

Thanks for all of them for this one month of practice, sharing and learning.

Located not far from city(perfect location),the accommodation is clean and provides you great hospitality.The staff/teachers are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay/learning. The school provides you every facilities from good rooms to the rooftop cafeteria. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend Nirvana Yoga Shala to everyone with passion for learning Yoga. You wont regret,just be there:)
